1. Hello Red County Roleplay Community.
2.
3. If you do not like the following:
4.
OOC Tension
5.
OOC Confrontation
6.
Controversy and big decisions
7.
8. Then it is probably best that you leave this thread, because it's of that kind of nature.
9.
10. Anyway, just a few things I need to note; 1. I am already aware of the fact that when admins were asked whether or not I should be
11.
12. reinstated as an administrator, 100% of them said no. 2. My ultimate goal in creating this thread is not to try and regain my
13.
14. administrative position. It is merely to get the truth out and while it's hidden away in the administrative board, it's not going to get
15.
16. out is it?
17.
18. As you'll already be aware, I was sacked/fired/removed from the administrative team. The rather vague reason that was given to the public
19.
20. (and even myself, as I was removed from the admin usergroup before I could see the truth) was "successful admin complaints". Fair enough.
21.
22. If an admin makes an arse of it three times, he should go. I thought I had done that and as such, I fucked off. I was upset, of course I
23.
24. was upset. I'd been an admin for nearly a year now and it had been snatched away. But rules were rules and I got on with it.
25.
26. There was then a few meetings held and I found out something that was quite shocking. When speaking to Jazzy, I was granted access to the
27.
28. complaints that had been made against me. What I seen was that there was a copied and pasted message in each complaint. One of the
29.
30. complaints was a serious complaint and I accept full responsibility for it. Patrick Bauer, I would like to apologize to you for threatening
31.
32. your leadership of the FBI. It was a horrible thing to do and I hope that you can accept my apology.
33.
34. However, the other two complaints had very serious flaws in them. There was a complaint against me banning somebody wrongly. As it turned
35.
36. out, I had banned the wrong name. Not the cleverist thing I've ever done as part of my administrative term, but certainly not the worst
37.
38. thing I've ever done either. When I found out that I had misread the screenshot, I was intent on rectifying the situation, but had to leave
39.
40. the house at that point and couldn't do it right at that moment. I had however explained to Jazzy that I was intent on fixing the issue. As
41.
42. it so happens, I was never given the chance.
43.
44. The other complaint had an even more serious flaw; It wasn't even fully considered but was still made valid. Why was it not even
45.
46. considered? Jazzy said he hadn't looked at it before making the decision to remove me from the administrative team. When he had made the
47.
48. decision, he made it automaticly valid. But that can't be right, can it? Jazzy's policy states that if you are a Trial moderator, you have
49.
50. a maximum of 2 successful complaints against you and if you're a moderator or above, you can have 3. So how could he have made the decision
51.
52. to remove me after 2 successful complaints? There is serious inconsistency there. What made this even more frustrating is that I had never
53.
54. known that this complaint had existed. I was never given the chance to post my defensive evidence in the complaint, or give my side of the
55.
56. story.
57.
58. There was of course backup reasons that had been made incase I ever found out about this injustice. They were as follows:
59.
I have an attitude/anger management problem
60.
I don't care about RCRP or it's players and I don't give them chances to defend theirself.
61.
I'm power hungry.
62.
63. However, none of these accusations ring true and I will tell you why:
64.
65. I pride myself on having never raged while a member of RCRP. I will admit to having made mistakes, errors of judgement and I will even
66.
67. admit to jumping to conclusions, but I have never raged on RCRP.
68.
69. I also care about RCRP AND it's players more than the average member of the community. I took as many assistance calls as I possibly
70.
71. could. I insisted on leaving my PMs on for players to communicate with me. Of course I didn't necessarily agree with players, but I would
72.
73. always explain to you why I disagreed with you before using the good old fashioned "Server rule 8" trick. I also helped with the testing of
74.
75. future versions of RCRP to make sure that the script was up to scratch for the players. I took charge of the forum switchover which was
76.
77. possibly one of the most frustrating jobs I had ever took on with Alec. Copying faction names, getting the colours right, copying over
78.
79. posts, sorting out forum permissions all one by one. It didn't benefit me. It benefitted the rest of the server and I'm damn happy it did.
80.
81. Power hungry? I'm sorry, but I do not understand how you can be power hungry when you already have the power. I have never abused my
82.
83. powers, never asked for a promotion, never hinted that I had done more work than other admins or anything like that. I went in game, I
84.
85. pulled an admin shift to the best of my ability and that was it. It didn't necessarily make people happy, but I did it to the best of my
86.
87. ability and for nearly a year it has been deemed to be sufficient. Why it has changed now I do not know.
88.
89. What this shows is that the decision to remove me from the administrative team was unjustified. The reasons given for my dismissal were
90.
91. false and the complaints that had been made against me were not even fully considered. That's a bit annoying isn't it?
92.
93. Jazzy in particular has proven himself to be a hypocrite and a liar in this scenario with the stataments he has given. This is what was
94.
95. said in the Teamspeak last night.
96.
97.
We didn't look at the last complaint because we already made the decision to remove you from the team.
98.
99.
You didnae look at aww the complaints?
100.
101.
We did look at all the complaints.
102.
103. See how in seconds he contradicted himself. That makes him a liar. Whether or not you believe what you read from the quotes is up to you. I
104.
105. however know what I heard and if those who were in the channel wish to step forward and confirm it, it would be greatly appreciated.
106.
107. I also made allegations of hypocrisy. Why is Jazzy a hypocrite you may ask? Well, he says that I don't let people defend theirself when
108.
109. they've done something wrong, yet one of the so-called "valid" complaints didn't even get a response from me. That's what I would call
110.
111. hypocritical, whatever way you look at it.
112.
113. I don't think that many people will believe this, but it's the truth, plain and simple. I am not asking anybody to pass judgement if they
114.
115. don't want to. I understand that standing up to the head administrator of Red County Roleplay can be a scary thing. However, I want you to
116.
117. understand that despite what you (and even I) had heard about me, I am not the arsehole administrator that my dismissal has made me out to
118.
119. be.
120.
121. Thank you very much for reading this post. When the dust begins to die down and this is all over and done with, I still hope to be part of
122.
123. the great community.
