Icewing royal guard secret family notes.

A highly secretive Icewing family in the Kingdom of Ice. This family, name withheld, makes up more than half of the royal guard. Trained from their hatchday to serve the crown and protect it at all costs, they were infamous for being the most well-trained royal guards established in Pyrrhia.

Each dragon has a given name and a pseudonym. The only dragons able to know this full name are the crown; royalty, such as the queen and her heirs. dragons married into this family are still chosen by the queen, but the members of the royal guard who hail from this family are unidentifiable from other Icewings. Usually however, when sporting armor a unique coat of arms is present on the left shoulder. A heraldic Icewing with two crossed spears is carved on the left shoulder, with a crown above its head, usually filled in a blue that is the same shade as Icewing blood - symbolically conveying the family is not bound by duty or honor, but by blood.
