[20:41] <Lucy> "The groceries were heavy, so we took a break."
[20:42] <~Kroked> "...but what about the scream?"
[20:42] <Erina> "A-are you two okay?"
[20:46] <Lucy> "Yes? Had a bit of a headache for a bit there, but a nap took care of it"
[20:46] <~Kroked> "...but than who screamed?"
[20:47] <Lucy> "That might've been me?"
[20:48] <~Kroked> Josh just looks really confused now "Why'd you scream than?"
[20:49] <Erina> "I-is this one of those angel things?"

[21:21] * Erina follows behind Josh waving at Violet and Lucy

[21:40] <~Kroked> Erina: you and Josh head down the road by the ocean and eventually make it to town. its a LARGE port town, and full of people. you also notice there seems to be a lot of picto graphs and stuff all over town on buildings everywhere

[21:45] <~Kroked> In front of you is a wall with a particular large image
[21:46] <Erina> "I-I'm not saying your sense of direction is bad....just.....my random button usually works...."
[21:46] <~Kroked> it shows what seems to be a wave with a face and arms holding an oversized triden attacking what looks like this very town

[21:48] <~Kroked> he looks around and starts heading off in a random direction, meanwhile some guy is going off ont he hostory of the art peice

[21:49] * Erina tries to keep an eye on the direction Josh is headed as she listens to the the history
[21:50] * Erina also stops moving her wings that were occasionally twitching

[21:55] <Erina> "Kaia! You found Josh!"
[21:57] <~Kroked> Josh raises an eyebrow at Erina but kaia just laughs "Quite." she turns back to josh "Are you sure? I have a lot here and.." "It's fine, we'll take it all back, you go get some food or something, enjoy yourself for a bit before we have to go. you work yourself to death, you deserve it."
[21:59] <~Kroked> Kaia fidgets, but gives a releived smile "..if you're sure. I really appreciate it"
[21:59] <~Kroked> JOsh takes a bunch of bags off of her, so much so he's practically walking bags
[22:00] <~Kroked> he took all but a few, only cause he couldnt hold the rest
[22:00] * Erina grabs the bags with one arm, "Think you can hang on while I fly us back?"

[22:01] * Erina grabs Josh and takes off, "Wait what?"

[22:02] * Erina heads back to the cart
[22:02] <~Kroked> you take off fromt he middle of the busy street, and people gasp in shock, but you're gone before there's too big a hubub

[22:05] * Violet waves at Erina and Josh as they land
[22:05] <~Kroked> Josh sort of... wobbles, tot he cart and drops the bags, before sagging to the ground looking defeated
[22:06] <Erina> "So what was that you were saying about the town?"
[22:06] <~Kroked> he just shakes his head "It doesn't matter anymore..."
[22:07] <Erina> "Okay.....So should we go back to get Kaia?"
[22:07] <Violet> "Where's Kaia, though?"
[22:07] * Violet looks around expectantly, peering behind Josh and Erina, as if expecting them to be hiding her behind their backs
[22:07] <~Kroked> "She's still in town, she wanted some time to relax by herself"
[22:07] <Violet> "Oh."
[22:08] <~Kroked> the previously warm day ahs begun to get chill, and breezy
[22:08] * Violet shrugs, surprisingly okay with that
[22:09] * Erina scratches at her chest a bit.
[22:10] <~Kroked> Josh finally speaks ups "hey Violet, You ok? We saw you passed out..."
[22:10] * Violet rubs her forehead. "Yeah, I'm fine"
[22:11] * Erina looks Violet in the eyes, "Are you suuure you're okay?"
[22:12] <Lucy> "You're one to talk, Josh."
[22:12] <Lucy> "You look beat."
[22:12] <~Kroked> "It was an exausting trip... in many ways" he glances at Erina
[22:13] <Erina> ".....I'm fine though..."
[22:13] * Violet smiles and nods.
[22:13] * Violet pokes Erina's chest where she was scratching. "Are /you/ okay?"
[22:13] <Erina> "Yeah, just a bit itchy."
[22:13] <Erina> "Ah!"
[22:14] <Erina> "C-can you not touch there? It kinda burns."
[22:15] <~Kroked> "You you get a rash or something?"
[22:15] <Violet> "O-oh, sorry."
[22:15] * Violet looks about as guilty as if she had punched a hole through her friend's chest
[22:15] <~Kroked> the winds beggining to pick up
[22:15] <Erina> "Hey Violet, do you wanna go back to the town to look around before we meet up with Kaia?"
[22:16] * Lucy looks up, to see if there's a storm coming in
[22:16] <~Kroked> Lucy: inland seems fine, but it looks like the ocean's acting up
[22:16] * Violet looks utterly relieved that Erina doesn't seem to hate her. Her face brightens at the mention of Kaia. "Sure!"

[22:16] <~Kroked> the waves having otten pretty bad, and it seems much worse so far there than here
[22:17] * Erina grabs Violet by the waist and takes off in the direction of the town
[22:17] * Lucy stands up, having previously been sitting quietly to the side
[22:17] * Violet runs after her, trying her best to keep up
[22:17] * Violet waves to Lucy and Josh as they take off
[22:18] * Violet stumbles and falls as she trails after Erina, clutching her forehead

[23:21] * Celia wakes up, and looks around groggily for a second before noticing the creatures
[23:22] <Erina> "Guys, we need to protect the town."
[23:22] <~Kroked> Josh seems to hesitate
[23:23] <~Kroked> "You three go, you can handle this yourselfves"
[23:23] * Violet nods in agreement with Erina
[23:23] <Lucy> "...probably, at least."
[23:23] * Violet looks back at Josh "W-what? You're running away?"
[23:23] <Erina> "Then you keep an eye on Kaia!"
[23:24] <~Kroked> "Im not running, Didn;t you hear me? there's more. I need to go see what I can do about it"
[23:25] <Erina> "Okay you go do that, we'll head to the town."
[23:28] * Violet nods
[23:28] <~Kroked> he nods and starts running, and holds up the watch, suddenly a large image like a clockface appears in front of him, as gear shaped runes appear all around him, the gears spein rapidly as do the hands on the clock face, Josh runs intot he clock face, causing it to shatter, along with the space around it, causing a sort of void for a moment

[23:29] * Celia flits to Erina and tugs on her shirt, urging her into the air
[23:29] <Lucy> "Quite the piece he has, huh."
[23:29] <Erina> "I.....I think we should just run for this one..."
[23:30] <Violet> "But didn't you just say we need to protect the town?"
[23:30] <Lucy> "If you are going to, that's fine. Just make sure you get Kaia out of here with you."
[23:31] * Erina clutches at her chest again as she falls to the ground curing up into a ball on her side, "Hrrrgnnnnn GHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
[23:31] * Lucy stares at Erina and Violet
[23:32] * Violet dashes to Erina's side. "What's wrong?!"
[23:34] <Erina> "C-ch-chest........h-huGRK....hurts.......pain..
[23:35] <Lucy> "Pentagram... Shield?"
[23:36] * Violet puts a hand to her head, trying to think through her own pain
[23:36] <~Kroked> as you tbegin to think the pain seems to sooth, and dissapear
[23:36] <Lucy> "Hang on... I gotta find out more."
[23:36] <~Kroked> you find yourself thinking more clearly than you ever have in your life
[23:38] <~Kroked> Josh is gone, there's a large... thing coming for the town, and Kaia's there. You need to protect the town, but you alone won't be enough. Lucy could help, but you don't really know how much help she'll be a syou've never seen her in combat
[23:38] <~Kroked> you also know there are 3 more of these things somewhere too. something bigs going on
[23:40] <~Kroked> One thing's for sure, in the condition, unless you can help her, erina won't be of much use
[23:40] * Lucy walks up to Erina
[23:41] * Violet 's eyes snap to Lucy as she approaches
[23:42] <Lucy> "It's something... something with her chest. What's this aura?"
[23:42] <Violet> "...Aura?"
[23:43] <Lucy> "There's something different, with both of you."
[23:43] <Lucy> "Some sort of aura. "
[23:44] <Lucy> "You have a silver pentagram around your forehead, and she has a golden shield around her chest."
[23:45] <Lucy> "...maybe..."
[23:45] * Lucy tries to touch Erina's aura
[23:46] * Violet watches Lucy cautiously as she reaches towards Erina
[23:47] * Lucy places her hand on Erina's shoulder
[23:48] <Lucy> "Erina. Why is your aura unbalanced?"
[23:49] * Erina squirms away from the touch, "D-don't .....know..."

[23:50] <Lucy> "You're the only one who can fix it! Think carefully!"
[23:52] * Violet places a comforting hand on Erina's shoulder, even though she doesn't know what exactly is wrong
[23:53] * Celia flits over Erina's head and gently rubs her forehead
[23:54] * Erina tries to focus on the voice in her head
[23:55] * Lucy looks back at the sea, to keep track of the monster
[23:55] <~Kroked> it's slow, but gaining speed. it seems like it's stillw aking up
[23:57] * Erina tries to stand up through the pain
[23:58] <~Kroked> in doing so it's almost as if the pain recedes a little to aid your endeavor

[00:02] * Violet frustrates when Erina's arm barely reaches down to her height
[00:03] * Lucy keeps pace with Erina, fiddling with her kusarigama
