What is RDM? : Attacking without properly initiating combat, providing a clear and reasonable demand (or killing after the victim fulfilled such demand), and giving an ample time for the victim to react.
Define Roleplay : Roleplay is the process of completely disregarding yourself and instead immersing yourself into a new body, with new memories, a new personality, and new possessions in a new setting. Nothing from the outside should be taken into roleplay.
What can you bring to the LAPD: As an officer, I will bring an advanced level of roleplay to every scenario as an experienced, stoic, no-nonsense officer with a soft spot for compliance. As an officer, I can effectively interpret the law and assign charges to each case according to the party in question’s actions. I will attempt to sympathize with the party in question, but I will not arbitrarily drop or add charges.
Why do you wish to become an officer for American Dream (120 Characters): I've been playing as an LEO for five months on a lighter RP server and am looking to expand into a heavier RP setting.
1.)If you are in a situation where someone pulls out a gun and tells you to get out of your car and drop your gear what do you do?: Step out of my car and comply with the gunman's orders in order to preserve my life; driving away leaves me in a vulnerable situation where I could potentially be shot. As soon as the situation no longer poses any threat, I will retrieve my gear and relay as much information as possible over dispatch in attempt to get a BOLO out on the individual(s). From then on, I would resume standard patrol until they are located next.
2.)You are in the middle of a traffic stop, and are about to write the guy a ticket when one of his friends comes up and holds you at gun point what would you do/say?: If I'm alone on the 10-11, I would be forced to drop my ticketbook and put my hands up while doing what the gunman says, letting the perp drive away in attempts to value my life. I would then go through my bodycam replays, find the plate, and put a BOLO out on the vehicle, and let the investigation continue from there.
3.)You are at a vehicle checkpoint. A car comes through and does not want to give you their license. How would you handle this situation?: I would ask them to step out of the vehicle as they are being detained for failing to provide identification to an LEO during a stop. They will be searched for ID, and let go with a ticket if everything checks out. If they are driving unlicensed or are in possession of contraband, they will be processed accordingly.
