Black clothes, dark makeup, a fascination with death, all things that made you stand out in a small New England town. Oh, also there's this new voice in your head. The one that tells you that you're somehow special, the one that gave you supernatural powers. Your Friend.

Your ordinary, socially stunted life was turned on its head after your mysterious Friend moved into your head. Since then, you've been having strange dreams of the past, and found yourself capable of supernatural feats. Interacting with the spirits of the dead is only the beginning.

You've found yourself the center of some kind of supernatural conspiracy being kept secret from you, one that will be revealed on Halloween supposedly. All you know is a number of various supernatural entities or groups have a strong interest in you. The strongest case is a goat-headed being that appears only in your dreams that told you it loves you. A thing that may be the mythical god (demon?) Baphomet.

All you know is, you're just hoping to get your life in order. You're going to dress as Morticia Addams for the Halloween dance. At least it'll be easier to get a date now.
