  1. When creating a weapon, your weapon gets something similar to a custom class where the weapon is given a baseline and the players can fill out what they want to do with it (using points) according to the Custom Weapons Points List.
  2.
  3. All weapons start with:
  4.
  5. Name
  6. Weapon Type: (Slashing, Unarmed, Bludgeoning, Piercing, Thrown, Projectile, Puppet)
  7. Base Damage: (See below)
  8. Acc Boost: +0
  9. Damage Boost: +0
  10.
  11. Once you have named your weapon and addressed the weapon type, now it is time to use your Custom Weapon Points. You gain Custom Weapon Points by ranking up OOC. You gain this many points (per weapon) depending on your OOC rank.
  12. E-D: 1 Point
  13. C-B: 2 Points
  14. A: 3 Points
  15. S: 4 Points
  16. These points give you the ability to alter the weapon's base damage, base accuracy, how many augments you can have, and several other abilities that may come with the weapon. Everything on this list costs 1 point and may have a limit to how many times you can gain it on your weapon.
  17. Acc Boost: +1 Acc
  18. Damage Boost: +5% Damage
  19. Augment Slot: Gives the weapon 1 Augment Slot
  20. Elemental Enchant: Grants the weapon auto-channeling of an element, including the bonus damage from said element and ability to use that element's jutsu without handseals. Must state in your dojo what element (ninjutsu) you will be using.
  21. Sensory Enchant: Grants the weapon auto-channeling of a genjutsu sense, including the bonus damage from said sense and ability to use that sense's jutsu without handseals. Must state in your dojo what sense (Genjutsu) you will be using.
  22. Jutsu Bind: The user must have an Elemental Enchantment or Sensory Enchantment. This allows the user to bind a single jutsu (depending on Enchant) to the weapon. This allows the user 1 charge of that jutsu to cost 0 CP through this weapon. Must indicate what jutsu is bound in your dojo. May have multiple jutsus bound if Jutsu Bind is taken multiple times, allowing 1 use of multiple jutsu. May also have Jutsu Bind on here multiple times to perform this multiple times for the same jutsu. Maintained jutsu used in this fashion only last for 10s.
  23. Secondary Effect: This is for effects such as “Can cause Bleeding”, Can Cause Suppression, Can use Handseals.
  24.
  25. There are ways to gain more points by taking away from things you can do with your weapon. The following will give you 1 point.
  26. Drop Accuracy: 1 point gained for each -1 acc given up to -2
  27. Drop Damage: 1 point gained for each -5% damage dealt up to -10%
  28. Ban Augment: Makes it to where this weapon can never have an augment
  29. Ban Crits: Makes it to where this weapon can never perform a critical hit
  30. Needless to say, you can't take any of these if you already invested into them. You can't use Drop Accuracy if you have given yourself 2 Acc Boosts and so on.
  31.
  32. Your weapon's damage improves depending on your OOC Level. Not only do you gain more Weapon Class Points, but you also gain base damage with your weapon (this is the damage you would do with basic strikes and called shots)
  33. E: 50 damage
  34. D: 70 damage
  35. C: 90 damage
  36. B: 110 damage
  37. A: 130 damage
  38. S: 150 damage
  39.
  40.
  41. Example Weapon
  42.
  43. S Rank Ninja wants to make a weapon
  44.
  45. Kikuichimonji
  46. Weapon Type: Slashing
  47. Base Damage: 150 dmg
  48. Acc Boost: -2 Acc
  49. Damage Boost: +20% dmg
  50. Weapon Particulars:
  51. Augment Slot: Great Weapon
  52. Ban Crit
  53. Elemental Enchant: Non Elemental
  54. Jutsu Bind: Stardust Nova
  55. Can Cause Bleeding
  56.
  57. In this example, the S Rank Ninja made a Slashing weapon that:
  58. +2 points for 2x Drop Accuracy
  59. -4 points for 4x Damage Boost
  60. +1 point for Ban Crit
  61. -1 point for Elemental Enchant: Non Elemental
  62. -1 points for Jutsu Bind: Stardust Nova (1 Charge)
  63. -1 point to let the weapon cause bleeding
  64.
  65. 2+1-4-1-2 = -4. This is what you want as it mirrors using 4 points at the base.
