As you meet more girls, the potential permutations make routing 12 Wings or beyond pretty much impossible, so instead, have a little document of general plans of attack and strategies.

FUN FACTS:

The Seed rewards after a date are based on the girls' preferences. Each seed has a 50% chance to be their favorite type, 25% of their neutral types, and never give their least favorite type.

The max amount of each piece type is 12 Affection/Passion/Sentiment, and 8 Joy/Stamina/BH.
But on Easy, there's max 6 BH, and max 10 Stamina.

The Store will have 4 Smoothies (max 2 of a type), 4 Shoes, 4 Uniques, 12 Date Gifts (max 1 of a specific one), 4 Stamina-Increasing Food Items, and then fills the rest with non-Stamina food.
Date Gifts with a piece preference, like Affection Plushies/Candles/Jewelry/Flowers, will always be in that part of the store, unless that store got filled up already with Smoothies/Shoes/Uniques/Gifts (EXTREMELY unlikely).
And because you can have 2 of any date gift in existence, there is unfortunately no RNG benefit to buying up crappy date gifts in hopes of increasing the chances of good ones spawning, unless you get both copies in your possession.

POWER TOKENS:

Power Tokens are very overpowered in HP2, perhaps to make up for bigger moves being hindered by the Stamina system. They give 3x points, which was the max Charisma upgrade in the original game. Unfortunately, Affection Flowers treat power tokens as normal tokens, so Flowers aren't as useful as in HP1.

Power Token Chance:
3-of: (10% * Style/48) + (2.5% * HairBrushes)
4-of: 20% + (60% * Style/48) + (15% * HairBrushes)
5-of: 80% + (20% * Style/48) + (5% * HairBrushes)
6+of: Guaranteed

Power Token Multiplier:
x3 + 1 per active Hair Dryer
Multiple power token multipliers add together, so two power tokens in a match would be x6 (or x8 with a dryer)

DATE GIFTS:

On 24 Wings, if your date gift luck is poor, you may want to consider passing some days with a little grinding. You really want to have Lube in particular, and your increased stats will make your next dates easier to help make up for the time loss.

Main Girl Essential Gifts:
Lube (Butt Plug (double Sentiment matches for 3) or Eyelash Kit (blue shoes) is an OK substitution if no Lube)
Magic Wand (very overpowered item)
Affection Plush (insane for making large moves; can even match them without costing Stamina if lined up on use)

Good Fourth Slot Options:
Affection Candle (always helpful)
Passion Flower (raising Passion level can be difficult, this can help)
Blow Dryer (Power Tokens are very overpowered so Blow Dryer makes them even better)
Affection Flower (DON'T USE IF POWER TOKEN ON BOARD, it gets wasted)

Side Girl Essential Gifts:
Lube
Affection Candle (of Main Girl's preference of course)
Blow Dryer

Good Fourth Slot Options:
Pig Plush (BH->Affection is a better use of BHs but getting your Passion up is still good, try not to have the conversion instantly match)
Hair Brush (relatively weak Luck upgrade but better than nothing and free with 2 Lubes)
Joy/Any Plush
Affection/Any Flowers (preferably not of the Main Girl's type, just to clear the board some)

Don't forget to grab your gifts back after each date!
And don't forget to leave some gifts on girls for the Nymphojinn!

RELATIONSHIP POINTS:

This is a hidden mechanic that controls when Baggage is unlocked.
Talking (except Baggage convos): +2 points
Giving an item pre-date (including food): +1 point
Initiating a date: +5 points for both girls

Note there is no reward for succeeding in the date. If you want to get more stat ups quicker, you should never just leave a pair without dating them first; just Forfeit instantly.

The thresholds for unlocking baggage when you talk to a girl are 10, 30, and 50 Relationship Points.

100% INFO:
100% basically requires maximum stats and all Hairstyles/Outfits unlocked.
IT DOES NOT REQUIRE LEARNING INFO ABOUT THE GIRLS.
Make sure you have the code outfits unlocked before the run, as they are required due to a bug. Entering the Cheat Mode of the mod should unlock them permanently.

It is recommended to grind early, since the reward for a successful date stays at 20 seeds, and Nonstop Mode is only good for unlocking outfits. The Girl Finder tries to place as many new/in-progress pairs as possible, so we believe the best way to consistently have a non-progress pair available is to complete two girls entirely and have 7 Wings. CANDACE/NORA IS RECOMMENDED BECAUSE THEIR PREFERENCES MIRROR EACH OTHER, FOR EQUAL CHANCE OF ALL 4 SEEDS.
(We have not yet tested how fast it is to just talk for 20 seeds compared to completing a 7 wing date)

Choose a pair (with two different piece preferences, so you get a better variety of seeds) and do all the other pairs for each of those girls. Then, you should always have that pair (or one of their finished pairs) available every other phase. Use the in between phase to get other progress (like starting/forfeiting a date for Relationship Points).

Since maxing your stats is required for 100%, it should be your focus, as your grind date gets easier and easier. Once your stats are maxed, the seeds you'll need for post-game outfits depend on your difficulty:
402 of each seed on Easy
270 of each seed on Normal
138 of each seed on Hard

Each outfit slot is tied to specific locations for all girls:

A lot of outfits are guaranteed due to the second date of a pair being at a fixed location. I've listed the girls that may need that outfit number still. You should double-check what you need while buying outfits.

Some quick nonstop dates are generally the best way to get these outfits if you need them.

NONSTOP MODE GIRL SELECTION:

The game takes the 12 girls and shuffles them in a list, then pulls two girls out of the first half of the list, replacing them at the back of the list.

So, there is no guarantee that you'd ever see all 12 girls, but in general you will, and the soonest you could see a repeat girl is once every 3 or 4 rounds.

Basically, you're not going to improve your odds by forfeiting and restarting if the girl you wanted isn't present. You should let them get to the front half of the list and take the ~33% chance, unless the dates get too slow.
