- Name: Survalia
- Class: Assassin
- Age: ??
- Appearance: Outside of combat, she appears to be a somewhat... pretty? girl (depends on what you're into), except for the stitches, and a very clearly inhumane eye. One eye is a remnant from when she was human, a simple blue, while her other one is a sickening green, with slit-like pupils that seem to gaze upon the world with unbridled fury and madness. She stands around 6. ft tall, due to one of her legs being shorter, causing her to walk with a limp. Her flesh is the color of ash due to some ritual to preserve the flesh. Her hair is black, but very short and has a wispy-like quality to it. One of her arms, is also a dark purple tentacle. Besides that, she has two normal arms and a 2 ft tail with what appears to be the head of an axe on the end.
- Armour/Apparel: She appears to wear no armor, except for the fact that she traded out her skin for the hide of a bear, causing it to have a rough quality to it despite seeming soft. Her torso however, is seemingly hollow save for a bone-cased inside, devoid of any organs. Her torso is filled with various limbs and tools.
- Weapons: Her left arm is a chainsword.
- Equipment: Inside of her torso, she has a flail, a drill, a scorpion tail (She can exchange the stinger with the drill), and the head of a basilisk.
- Reason for joining the council: She joined the council to test a new machine of war that she had recently created, involving herself.
- Backstory: When she was a pretty little thing, she dabbled in all sorts of dark arts, especially involving corpses. She was a 'gravetender' for her town, but she had actually turned the crypts into her own little playpin. She created tons of abominations, and when they locked her into the crypts, she sought out immortality. She found this out by essentially sacrificing what may have been her humanity, to turn herself into somewhat of an undead creature. After that, she focused on escaping, and once she did she simply left the townfolk alone, but her abominations were free to roam the world. They may have destroyed the town... Anyways, after that she kept improving herself until she sought a profit from war. She became addicted to combat and wanted to make herself into her own warmachine, and then the council popped up! How great, they completely ruined her profits! She was angry, but ended up joining anyways. War is no fun if she's not a part of it.
- 'Class': Other
- Abilities/Spells: Unique, game-changing powers/effects that your character can use to influence the battlefield. Each ability usually requires a certain resource to tap into or gather, or has a decently sized cooldown before it can be used again.
- 1. Abomination - Her limbs are interchangeable, and to fully kill her you have to destroy her head. Unfortunately, her stitching comes apart with ease. For a turn after her head is knocked off, she can still use her body to attempt to get the head back on.
- 2. Corruption - Her tentacle spews liquid 'rot' onto the ground, causing the ground itself to become a volatile puddle of acid that would probably make someone without an iron stomach vomit from the smell within a few feet away, besides melting any flesh that enters it. She can obviously spray people with it as well.
- 3. Gaze of the Damned - While pinning someone down, she can gaze into their eyes, forcing them to stare into her soul, and viewing the hideous abomination that was once her soul, causing them to go mad temporarily, and even then probably giving them some life-long mental problems with a mild case of hallucinations.
- 'Limit Break':
- Survalia's limit break is... well, disgusting. The seals on her body that keep her alive loosen, before breaking. She begins to rot once more, all of her pores producing a gelatinous form of liquid rot, very quickly. Her entire body eventually completely dissipates, and all of her tools are able to be used at the same time, while her head is in the center, melted down to a singular skull, the green eye burning with madness and indescribable pain as she begins to lash out at anything that comes near her, as well as focusing on a single entity that harmed her the last, until they have fallen, or she has run out of mana. Once the slime begins to dissipate, she becomes a skull until she can gain another body, all of her tools becoming useless, due to a lack of a torso., save for the tentacle that she might use to get around. If she kills her target during her limit break, she can take their body immediately, but can't use her tools.
- Power Spheres: Another way to gain additional power during your time as a Chess Piece is to collect power spheres that totally aren't ripped off from a certain video game franchise. These spheres come in the shape of different orbs that are coloured in accordance to their effect nature.
- Only a few Power Spheres can be equipped at once, depending on both your class and ranking. (Class bonus + Ranking)
- Fighters may equip one additional power sphere.
- Assassins may equip two additional power spheres.
- Wizards, Control, and Conjurors may equip three additional power spheres.
- There are different types of power spheres, listed as follows:
- Holy: Yellow power spheres that focus on blessings and supportive abilities. Known for its focus on healing, and famously, the 'revive' sphere.
- Cursed: Black power spheres known for their great power. They often come with a significant drawback, and can take a more physical shape when activated. Some are known to bind to the user upon use, preventing them from ever unequipping it until death.
- Dimensional: Purple power spheres that manipulate space in some way. Dimensional power spheres focus around creating pocket dimensions, teleportation, and summoning things from other worlds.
- Summoning: Red power spheres are able to be tapped into to summon a powerful entity to your service.
- Magical: Green spheres that can be used to create raw magical effects; typically offensive attacks such as fireballs and the like.
