Island Manor Setting

All of you have been invited to a lovely house on an island just off the shore of a large coastal city. The house itself is a grand manor, with room for every guest - and then some!

However, as you arrive... Things are quite strange. There are maids and butlers at the manor, but none of them speak to you, and they make their presence as scarce as possible. Also, when comparing your invitations you find that each one is from a completely different person, so now the identity of who invited you all here is also up in the air.

The only evidence you have is a small radio with an old-fashioned tape within it that says only this...

"You are all here for a reason, and now you have two options,
you may either stay here, and die one by one...
Or you can look amongst yourselves,
and uproot the one who knows too much."

Appearance: Well muscled with a sort of scruffy bearded face, short hair, a few scars on his face, and dark eyes. Really looks like your everyday "Sad Dad" video game protagonist. Is usually wearing a dark trenchcoat. His voice is deep and gruff.

Personality: He looks like a sad dad and acts like one too. Except he doesn't have any kids, or even a wife. A very lonely and solemn guy, who seems pretty detached from the rest of the world. He's a detective for the city police, though recently his position has been quite debated, since he's been dedicating his time searching for someone he believes to be behind a lot of the recent inexplicable deaths, but he has little proof such a person even exists. Bottles up his emotions like a shaken bottle of cola. Used to chase cryptids as a hobby, but gave it up for a more professional pursuit as he got older. He still, however, has a soft spot for all kinds of supernatural and unexplained things.

Fun Facts: He has minor vitiligo, putting white-ish streaks into his dark hair. He also has two younger brothers, and 'Ghost' is a codename that is, ironically enough, one of their names. However, the original Ghost disappeared one day after going off on a trip with some friends, and his brother Slate is always in the hospital...

Personality: He's kind of a douchebag, he plays as a chick magnet and gets pretty bummed out when they don't want him. He's naturally turned down because he often hits on lesbians but he always tries with every chick. Despite their looks, he actually tries to look for a girl with personality.

Backstory: Back when he was younger he would get all the babes... Turns out they all were lesbians. For some reason there's a high chance he'll hit on a lesbian.

Azure is a kind, vibrant child with hair as red as fire and a smile as bright as a supernova. He's bouncy and upbeat, but has a strong sense of morals and makes it his personal mission to root out injustices. He may not be very old or wise or strong or tall or much of anything at all, but if there's one thing he does have, it's heart.

Personality: Scarlet is a cocky and overconfident kid that's convinced that she's making a difference in the world. She has a strong moral compass and is too stubborn for her own good. She's pretty loud and obnoxious at times but she only wants the best for everyone. She can butt heads really easily with people if they don't agree with her. She lashes out with violence a lot too, she's pretty threatening in her own right. She is fiercely protective of both her little brother and older sister. She doesn't care much for rules and doesn't like it at all when Ruby tries to protect her.

PERSONALITY: doesn't talk much, but is surprisingly loud and friendly for someone who used 2 whoop ass for a living and was Good at it. deaf in one ear. now she works in a steakhouse. she's blunt but not cruel. Enigmatic. she just wants 2 cook her fucking food. has extended family that she really likes but none of her own.
