Guild Rules Proposal

The Old Gods guild rules:
1/ Do not disrespect the guild staff, critique is acceptable;
2/ Do not disvalue your guildmates' efforts, in fact encouragement will be awarded;
3/ Fighting(*) amonst guild members should be kept to a minimum, any serious arguments should be resolved by or in the presence of a staff member;
4/ Properly apologize if you did something wrong, someone might get ticked off and kick you (off the guild in the worst case);
5/ When in a guild raid - notify any raid assistant if you might have to leave the raid at any point, doing so without notification might bring about confusion and thus jeopardize the raid itself;
6/ When in a guild raid - follow the instructions given by the raid leader and his assistants;
7/ There may be no leader of a guild raid other than a guild staff member, the raid is otherwize not considered a guild raid and none of these or any guild rules apply to it;
8/ When in a guild raid - good performance will likely be rewarded and vice versa;
9/ When in a guild raid - reporting a player from the guild to any server-side party is forbidden and might result in a removal from the guild UNLESS everyone is explicitly instructed to do so;
10/ The item distribution system of a guild raid is going to be announced along with the raid itself in a clear, understandable fashion by the guild staff member who will be leading the raid.
11/ These rules shall be upholded exclusively by the guild staff members without exceptions;
12/ Anyone may report a violation of the rules or submit a change proposal, it is up to the guild leaders to accept or decline it;
13/ These rules are a subject to changes, any guild member shall be alerted at a change.
