<LjL> when this happen it's really so awful. people who come here with a legitimate, genuine complaint, just being naive enough to not realize something about spam details being better reported in PMd, getting *very* blatantly attacked and insulted, by random people, repeatedly, until - as is obvious - they lose their temper, and that's when staffers or #freenode ops actually wake up and punish *them* (as well or instead of others)
