Rules for #nop on EsperNet

1. No spamming
2. No hate speech: Do NOT attack anyone based on religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, ethnicity, race, or anything else that targets based on a greater group.
3. You can advertise something you've made as long as it's in a friendly way: no spamming or being obnoxious. (E.g. "EVERYONE COME JOIN MY EPIC SERVER AT BLAHBLAH.COM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" is unacceptable. "If anyone wants to join my factions server, here's the ip: blahblah.com" is acceptable. But don't spam it.)
4. No caps-raging/flaming. You know what I mean.
