- Hello its Kinoshita Yuka
- Today using this oven <I think its a convection oven> we wil be making all sorts of different food!!!!
- this oven apparently can deep fry foods without oil I hope to test it out!!
- to be honest I've prepared a lot of these ingredients beforehand well.... we still have to cook things in the oven so lets get to it!!
- the ingredients are over here
- yakitori on skewers. Kalbi <marbled thin sliced beef> Tonkatsu, Kara age <fried marinated chicken> and clams and scallops
- today using this oven we will test this new tech
- starting with the yakitori
- *mumble mumble* <10 minutes?>
- Start!
- all we have to do is wait
- looks so OISHII
- voila its done
- it looks yummy it turned out nicely
- and now the yakitori is finished
- and now for the kara age the oven has a self seasoning setting <dunno what she's talking about>
- we are able to deep fry this without using any oil at all alright switch it on
- the kara age is done look omg it looks so yummy
- now for this tonkatsu we need to spray it with a bit of oil
- HOLY its sizzling just like it came out of a deep fryer looks soo OISHII
- its yakiniku
- scallops are a go!
- they're alive... I'm so sorry!! :(
- are they opening? the scallops are opening up!!
- now for the SAZAE... <snail clam thing? translator is calling it a turban shell>
- its all done!!!!
- with such ease all this was made both baked and deep fried goods in one oven it looks so yummy
- omg this looks so extravigant and today I prepared 5 cups of rice ITADAKIMASU
- lets start with my favorite yakiniku
- mmmm oishii it tastes just like from a grill and the heat has properly gone thru
- I like this pairing of meat and rice
- SOOOO HAPPYYYYY!!!!!
- even though I made this in an oven it tastes as though it was grilled over proper charcoals
- next up Tonkatsu
- oh amazing the heat has penetrated all the way through
- ohhh... it crunches properly!!!
- alright its time for some Mayo!!!
- the breading had the proper crunch and the meat was cooked properly all the way through it was so yummy
- next up yakitori
- oh its properly cooked and so soft and juicy its so yummy
- it was delicious
- isn't it amazing that you can cook a proper yakitori at home like this. I mean back home I don't think my mom has ever done a yakitori... normally don't they use some specilized grill? but to be able to do this at home is amazing
- next kara age
- omg the inside is so juicy and the outside is so nice and crunchy
- Next Scallops
- whoa shelled scallops!!!!
- it looks so good
- mmmm its so meaty and delish
- ugh to be able to do all this so easily is amazing
- I'll add the scallops to the rice
- itadakimasu
- mmm this is TOOO GOOD!!!
- mmm I will add the turban shells as well

- it was yummy!!!!!
- this oven!! to be able to make yakiniku and deep fried goods so easily and without having the room get greasy and smelly or smoky its so nice. yeah that oil... I love eating yakiniku and stuff but to lay out a fry pan and all the meat and stuff is so much work but with this oven you just set it and forget it. its so easy and convenient
