- Leela turned the corner and there it was: the box that the Doctor insisted was technology but that she knew in her heart was magic, bright and blue and shining in the grim darkness of the tunnel. The Doctor let out a delighted laugh to see it, but the mirth died on his face when he saw the dirty iron disc bolted to its door.
- ‘No. Nonononono.’
- ‘What is it?’ Leela asked.
- ‘A clinch-lock,’ the Doctor explained, passing his sonic screwdriver over it. ‘Raider tech. Must have been worried a rival clan might steal it. I can get it off, but it will take a couple of minutes.’
