- Faction Overview: The Agency abides by their single rule to 'Quarantine' any objects classified as 'anomalous'. They were in existence longer than the Protectorate Legion and in the shadow war between Angels and Demons, the Church and the Cultists, the Agency was always there.
- Founded in 1734 by Dr. Albert Kleft, the Agency was built as an independent organization that operates under clandestine rule. Government Liaison Officers usually act as the anonymous 'Council' that oversees the Agency's operations, be it ethical or morally questioning methods.
- Every time a battle was fought between good and evil, the Agency would be there to collect everything necessary for research. Perhaps they wanted to expand their knowledge about evil and join the fight too or are they doing this simply for profit? No one really knows.
- The Agency has its own military arm called, "Mobile Infantry Division" or MIDs. They take various covers to maintain the secrecy of the Agency. Their functions differ from one another, from hazardous environment cleanup (Omega-10 "Germ Scrubbers"), hostile engagements (Alpha-1 "Rifle Blast") or hypnosis (Kappa-3 "The Psychics").
- Their influence are low and more often, they were targeted by no one in particular. When the Agency has accidentally quarantined the Protectorate Vengeance, Heaven has conducted multiple hostile campaigns against the Agency and many of its sites were wiped out by both Protectorates and Angels alike. When Vengeance woke up, she blasted her cell door and walked away. Only that when the attacks stopped.
- Many researchers and documents are lost in the attack, prompting the Council to prohibit any Agency Personnel to engage the Protectorate Legion at all cost.
- However, a Battleforce from the Enochian Guards Regiment of the Protectorate Legion forged an alliance with the Agency to contain many anomalous events caused by the destruction of the Demon Legion, Death Riddlers.
- Appearance: Mobile Infantry Divisions were equipped with black combat gears with the logo of the Agency stitched on their left shoulder. They were armed with G36K Rifles with a mounted scope. Special Infantry Divisions were equipped with maroon combat gears with M4A1 Rifles, Elite Infantry Divisions were equipped with dark blue combat gears with SCAR-L Rifles.
