The Maiden of Iron

>Captured in a Mad Sorceress' Dungeon
>Your life as a Paladin met this ignominious end. You came, younger knight in your band with some hired mercenary Lizard Girls and their Salamander captain to put a stop to this mad witch.
>The Sorceress had been kidnapping girls from the local duchy and was rumored to be the one behind the disappearance of a childhood friend of yours. A dear girl you had hoped to see again once you were a full knight. This was personal to you.
>While you were the youngest of the knights, you were mostly ignored by the Salamander and her cohorts. They wanted stronger companions to test themselves with, though the grizzled senior knight kept things from going to far.
>Despite going in with all the right stuff, all the moxy, all the strength of your monster allies and the combined faith of you and your friends... you were beaten.
>The horrors unleashed by the Sorceress overwhelmed you and your allies, driving even your monstrous companions to their knees.
>One by one you were captured, bound, and displayed before her by the abominations of tentacles and sucking mouths.
>'I am so glad to have more... volunteers... for my studies.'
>One of the last conscious, you growl, 'Where is she, witch?'
>'Oh... still some life left in this one. Where is who, pet?'
>You growl out the name of the girl you hoped to marry one day, and growl out in your best manly voice, 'Where is she?'
>The Sorceress looks surprised, then smiles, 'Oh... so you are the one. ...Tell you what. I'll give you to her.' Turning to the abomination, she says, 'Take this one to the Iron Maiden Cells. Throw him in with 'Experiment C'.'
>You feel horror growing. You are to be thrown in an Iron Maiden? ...it was a horrible way to die. Though unconsciousness and death from blood loss came fast... it was still a hideous form of torture.
>The Salamander, barely conscious, smiles sweetly as you pass, 'Give 'em hell kid...'
>You are carried off to your fate...
>Dragged into the dark by the horror that holds you that was once a woman, you are taken down several levels until you reach the dungeons.
>Dragged down you are thrown in an open cell and the female... thing... behind you slams the door and locks it. She gives an almost sad smile as she turns away, her tendrils waving, one giving a little lick at you in parting. As if regretting it couldn't taste you.
>At first, in the darkness when you rise you see nothing...
>...and then the darkness moves, and a large shape like a great metal coffin is revealed with a slow scraping sound as it is propelled by... something.
>'...What?'
>Its an Iron Maiden alright... but it was unlike any you had ever seen. Its outside was carved with the figure of a woman. A curvaceous, beautiful woman who-- no. Why?
>'S-sarah?'
>Why did the Iron Maiden have her face?
>Its eyes open... her eyes, and a smile of wonder spreads on her face. And then the voice you heard at night in your dreams speaks to you for the first time in years.
>'Beloved? ...Is that you?'
>Staggered, you drop hard and stare in horror. 'What has she done to you?,' you ask, full of horror and grief and sadness.
>'Not... what she intended. Oh beloved... Its so good to see you! She--The Mistress. She is experimenting. Turning girls into monstrous... abominations. ...She wanted... she wanted to try something new with me. I-- I broke.'
>She doesn't get closer to you as she does this, but she turns away, as if she could hide herself away, 'She turned me into a horror, Anon! Please! Don't-- Don't come any closer!'
>Tears running down your eyes, you step forward, raising a hand, 'Sarah... wait. I... she said I was to be given to you. What did she mean?'
>A sound of crying is heard, deep crying, yet there was something else. 'She turned me into a torture implement. Like others. These 'Iron Maidens'. But unlike the others... I kept my mind. My memories. Please, Anon... don't come any closer. I don't want to--'
>'...Torture? What-- Sarah I--,' You approach and suddenly she opens, revealing her interior. The inside of her new form is full of tendrils, tentacles, and tongue-like appendages. An oriface at the front and back, at groin level, wriggles with darker tentacles.
>'LOOK, Anon! Look! I-- I'm hungry, beloved. Please. It hurts so bad.'
>In horror you look on, and then you ask, 'Will you kill me?'
>'N-no... I can stop. I'm in control. But keep away. You can't... I can't--'
>'Can you break out of this cell?'
>'...no. I'm not strong enough. I-- I have refused to feed. I am so weak...'
>You knew what you had to do, as slowly you began to peel out of the remains of your ruined armor and torn clothes...
>Slamming herself shut she looks at you in horror as you slowly strip yourself.
>'Anon! What are you doing?! I can't.. keep control... not if you...'
>'If you can break out after you've fed, we can escape. We can go together. Get help for my friends. Bring an army to stop the Sorceress...'
>'But-... beloved... no. I-I'm hideous!' She would be covering her face and crying if she could still do either.
>'You're beautiful, Sarah. You've always been beautiful. And I love you. Please... we can do this... together...'
>You approach her as she fights with herself, trying not to open, but as you step close and pull yourself up to kiss her on the metal of her lips... she gives in.
>'I love you too, Anon...'
>And then she opens, her insides wriggling.
>You step inside, and feel her close around you...
