DepthMC (Manager): I was the Manager on DepthMC for 1 month until the Owner Gabe demoted me on the day he was supposed to pay me. Within the first week of me being their Manager, I reviewed up to 30 applications and interviewed 10 applicants. SOTW failed on Depth because the factions plugin had a database leak, therefore; we had to postpone SOTW for another few weeks. Then, I got demoted on the day Gabe was supposed to pay me for my services. In total, Gabe had to pay me $300 for doing their Website, and Teamspeak, plus my general management duties. I helped fix a lot of shit on the server. If you would like proof, please ask me, and I will provide it down below.

PyroPvP (Owner): PyroPvP was my own server which I ran back in 2016. The server had a concurrent 30-50 player base on it receiving $100+ in donations within the first week of its release. Unfortunately, I had to close the server due to having IRL issues.

SkyZone (Owner): SkyZone was a Skyblock server that I owned back in the day, it had a player base of 10-20 players daily, and $50 in donations. Once again, I closed the server due to school, and not having an interest in Minecraft at the time.

RiftHQ (Mod): I was a Moderator on the new RiftHQ network, due to the Manager Diming being a biased asshole, I got demoted because I apparently "Doxed" the user, but, the Developer framed me. I am currently in talks with the Owners of RiftHQ (Stonapse and Knowles) about getting my position back.

ValiantMC (Manager): I was the Manager for ValiantMC, however; the Owner recently shut down the server as he has no interest in Minecraft now.

Why do you want to become a staff member on PurePractice?
I would like to become a member of the PurePractice staff team because I have a genuine passion for Moderating servers and helping out players in general. I have heaps of experience in server moderation and administration, and I believe that that can assist me if I do however become a staff member on the PurePvP.

I have been on multiple other networks such as (Minebo, Velt, and PvPCove) waiting in the TeamSpeak support rooms for hours and receiving no response at all. Therefore; I have decided to apply for a staff position here to ensure that it does not happen here on PurePvP.

Another reason for why I am applying for a staff position here at PurePvP is because of the how well put together the community is. I believe that along with the other new applicants, the current staff team can make a less toxic community.

While I am writing this application, I have thought of several goals I'd like to achieve as a staff member. Although I have heaps of skills with staffing and everything, I do believe that I have not learned everything within the staffing side of Minecraft. I also have a YouTube Channel with 29 subscribers (Click Here) where I'd like to do a staff series on and achieve a few hundred subscribers while I'm staff/a regular player here on the PurePractice Network.

Why should we accept you as staff?
You should accept me as a staff member here on PurePvP because I like to consider myself a mature, kind, respectful, and professional individual. I have all the required experience in staffing on servers, and I think that it all can help me with my experience as a potential staff member here on the PurePractice Network.

Maturity
I consider myself to be very mature in all situations. As I have been in such high positions on multiple different servers, I have such respect for every community, staff member, and server owner. Yes, even those scumbags. For those who have played on the Minbo Network and have seen my rant about the servers staff team, I was very annoyed and that and I do regret posting the thread, but, something just needed to be said to the whole staff team.

Activity
I am very active on the following platforms (Minecraft, Google Chrome, Skype, Telegram, Discord, and Teamspeak). I do consider myself to be very active within the community. I was up at 3AM on the day of the Clans SOTW just to join the SOTW and get a head start on most of the other AU players.

Professional
I am very professional and efficient when it comes to doing a job, I always want the best possible outcome for any situation, whether it'd be a Ban, Blacklist, or Mute. I will always think to myself after I have talked to the accused player in TeamSpeak "Did they mean to break the rule?" And if I believe they didn't mean to do it, and they are remorseful of their actions, I will either - A) Shorten their punishment. Or B) Give them a firm warning, and if it happens again, their punishment will be longer.

Un-Bias
I consider myself to be unbias when it comes to players on a network. I treat all players with respect, and in return, I expect them to treat myself, and my fellow colleagues with respect.

I am now going to recite a few scenarios, and what I would do in those situations.

If you see a higher staff member abusing, what would you do?
Well, I would gather all the proof needed and report the individual to the Server Manager, or Owner. I would make sure I gather the proof without being caught by the staff member. However; if I do get caught by the individual, I will talk to them in TeamSpeak, along with contacting a Senior-Administrator.

If your friend or a YouTuber was hacking, what type of action would you take?
Well, I would do this in all situations, I would firstly freeze the player, and I would bring them into the TeamSpeak. If they do however deny the accusations, I would ask them to open up either Join.Me or AnyDesk. If I find hacks on their computer, but they are not actively using the client, auto clicker, or macro, I will not ban the user, but I will formally warn the user. However; if they user is actively using the client, auto clicker, or macro, I will ban them for the correct amount of time stated in the handbook.

The server is in a constant crash loop, there are no Admins/Owners online, what would you do?
Firstly, I would try to calm down all the players that were on the server. I will explain the situation to them either on a forum post or in TeamSpeak. Along with that, I will immediately contact a hierarchy staff member to see if they can sort out the issue.
