  1. According to the [data collection policy](https://www.ledger.com/privacy-policy) Ledger live collects and retains (5y):

  3. >Device session identifier, IP address*, clicks, actions (e.g. launching the application, use of transactional functionalities, pages viewed), properties (e.g. type, version, language and region recorded for your operating system), currency, time stamp, amount and status of transactions, transaction identifier, identifier used by our partners to identify you (when you use their services)

  5. I am aware that this is all meant to be unidentifiable information however to me it seems highly identifiable.

  7. And then this data is available to tech providers, media/ad companies, daughter companies, any company they might contract out to do activities for them. Any government that wants them to share it by standing agreement.

  21. N.b. They do have an asterisk on ip addresses saying that they don’t store them? Do they? Don’t they? Who exactly are they sent to?
