  1. The proposed strategy:
  2. Manip 0-1 speed Pidgeotto with 6+ special. (Ideally after a stretch of encounterless or something but that is not important right at this moment).
  3. Manip Fight of: Speedtie win, ts crit para, gust.

  5. Paralysis + hit through paralysis are the only things proposed here that the game picks *after* the (presently?) unmanippable damage roll- so we just go from 1/10 * 3/4= 3/40 to 1/100 * 9/16 = 9/1600
