  3. We have recently changed the staff rankings and would like to let you all know what it looks like. We are going to have two separate high command groups.

  7. It will be Server Management Team (SMT) which will consist of Server Directors Ben and Buck and Project Lead Toxic. The Server Management Team will mostly deal with server related tasks. So lets dive deeper into what each of the roles will do shall we.

  11. The Server Directors will still overwatch the entire community but will try to focus on more server tasks.
  12. The Project Lead will be head of the development team and will only focus on server tasks.

The other group is Community Leadership Team (CLT) and will consist of Community Lead, which will be announced who it will be later, Community Managers Brian and Zoxtic and Faction Manager Charlie. The Community Leadership Team will deal with all the community related tasks like staff and factions.

  19. The Community Lead will only focus on the community and be in charge of the community managers to make sure they are doing there job.
  20. The Community Managers will either be in charge of Staff or Server Events and make sure everyone's ideas and voices are being heard.
  21. The Faction Manager will do what the title means which is be in charge of factions, as in making sure the roles of each faction leadership team is filled and help the faction leaders with any issue they have.

  24. These are the staff ranks below the High Ranking Staff that was talked about above:

  28. Support member is the first rank where you will only help with any technical issue or anything that is not ingame related.
  29. Then it will be Senior Support which will do the same as a Support member and can listen into support cases, it just shows that you are on your way to Trial Staff or if you want to stay support you can stay that position.
  30. Then we have Trial Staff which will be the first people that you will interact with when you have an issue ingame.
  31. Next we have Moderator which will moderate the trial staff and help them with any case they are having trouble with.
  32. After that we have Admin which will be incharge of bans and ingame kicks.
  33. Then it is Senior Admin or Head Of Support, Senior admin will watch over the admins and moderators and the Head Of Support will overwatch the Support Members.
  34. And lastly we have Head Admin which will overwatch the ranks below them.

  37. We have felt this is a good change and that it will help us in the long road.
