  1. Well, don’t faint! I ain’t dead—just slow. Ha! No prob!
  2.
  3. First, tell me what’s up on the counseling I asked you and Jason to do. Last I heard, you were going to talk to a lady, but I never heard anymore. I really want you guys to do this.
  4.
  5. T We still haven’t been able to get in with someone here. Would it be an option to continue with Tim?
  6.
  7. Second, you still owe me a couple of lists from the Tim Gamwell visit. One was a list of grievances—and at the moment—in my cough suppressant induced stupor, I don’t remember the other!
  8. Been on the fence about this.
  9.
  10. T Thinking it’s best to let go of grievances and start anew. Grievances can rehash things which can be too hurtful. If we communicate regularly then we shouldn’t have any problems (I don’t anyways…).
  11.
  12. Now to your questions:
  13. 1. Chapel or Auditorium: Chapel has no center aisle but is smaller and more intimate. Organ & piano not as good.
  14. Good memories: Grandmother & Granddad and Uncle Frank & Aunt Carolyn were married here
  15. Not so good memory: David was married here. I didn’t know they got married there!?! Very Cool!!
  16.
  17. Auditorium: Brighter, good instruments, more comfortable seating, center aisle, bigger stage with more steps to space out the attendants. It is much easier for older people to get into this room.
  18. It is large—you would have to instruct ushers to seat people only in center sections.
  19. No bad memories that I know of. Mom & I were married here.
  20.
  21. T-I like the chapel better….but that’s just me…would anybody be offended if I chose the chapel over the auditorium?
  22.
  23.
  24. You need to keep Mema’s diagnosis in mind. They said with no treatment—she might have 6 months. They are going to see the oncologist this week to decide whether or not there will be treatment, so you may want to factor that in.
  25.
  26. T-What do we need to do or can do in regard to Mema’s diagnosis? What are your thoughts?
  27.
  28. How’s it looking on the job front for Jason once he graduates?
  29.
  30. T-That would be a great question for you to ask Jason? (The wellness field has many opportunities…I think things are looking good!)
  31.
  32. I hope this was helpful—though I know it wasn’t so profound as to be worth the long wait! Sorry for the delay.
  33.

  41. Chapel or Auditorium!?!?!
  42.
  43. Do you think mom is up for doing the invitations? How is she doing?
  44.
  45. Here are some ideas I had for the invitations…
  46. -Keep it simple
  47. -Have moms draw a Scottish Thistle (with out the purple!) Maybe just ink sketch with silver??
  48. What do you think?
  49.
