Mafia (wario and the outlandish toads):

Wario (orange) - leader of his squad, finds out the exact role of a player
Devil Toad (red) - can do a suicide attack for an extra kill, or can passively bring down the first person who visits them
Wizard Toad (red) - casts a spell on a player, roleblocking them or painting them red during the next day and night
Cat Toad (red) - camouflages themselves to cardflip green upon inspection


Town:

Captain Toad (purple) - leader of the toads, inspects players at night
Salesman Toad (blue) - sells a mushroom to a player at night, protecting them from the mafia's kill. Can eat a mushroom himself once in the game
Gunsmith Toad (blue) - has 3 bullets they can use to shoot a toad (when killing an innocent, no penalty other than losing a bullet)
Tanooki Toad (blue) - camouflages himself as a statue in front of another Toad's house and will know everyone who visits this house
Juvenile Toad (blue) - takes the role of the first blue who dies (RNG if at least two blues die first)

Green Toad (green) - no abilities

Survivor:

Skeleton Toad (yellow) - Undead toad who doesn't take any parties. Just wishes to survive, wins with everyone. Can protect himself three times against the mafia's or vigilante's kill.


Serial Killer:

Ghost (yellow) - A desperate toad who committed suicide and his ghost will try to exterminate everyone for revenge. Immune to nightkills, can haunt a person to death at night, ignoring healings. Once through the game, they can also choose to stay home to haunt everyone who visits them, except for the Tanooki Toad.
