Hi there! im sorry to say this but u have no idea how IP addresses work, you see the 192.168.x.x range is a local IP, it is only used on your local area network. at that specific time, each time u connect it will assign you a local ip (in the 192.168.x.x range) genrally off how many devices are connected (1 or 0 often being the router) and then everything else past that for all other things
