- Resources:
- Resources cover your ability to get goods. Generally speaking day to day good are not an issue. The higher your resources skill is and depending on what allies you have, you can use it to get things like weapons, armor, supplies, or even base upgrades, vechicles, mech parts and mechas.
- Your Resources score goes up when you get new (financial or such) backers, conduct a raid that gives you significant new resources (such as money, an armoury or such), someone who supplies with you stuff, or by certain events.
- Your Resources goes down when you use it on expensive things like base upgrades, vehicles, mech parts, mechas or certain events happen.
- To purchase things with Resources you typically need an ally who allows you access to that
- Favours
- Favours are a contact like skill for the Rebellion and represent your group’s ability to call in a favour. Not all favours are equal and it depends on what you’re requesting and who you are asking it from and how much capita you spend on it. Maybe its covering you for a night, letting you hide, letting you into a place, passing a rumour or at an international scale launching a diversion attack elsewhere, those can all be seen here.
- Favours goes up when people who have acrewed favours from others join your group if they are willing to use their markers on the groups behalf. The main increase for it is certain events.
- Favours go down when you use them or when certain events occur (some people might not if your notoriety is too high or support too low).
- Notoriety:
- Notoriety is a heat like rating covering how much your enemies know about your rebellion and the people inside it. There are advantages and disadvantages to notoriety because a higher score means potentially more defects to your side, or other various events. A low notoriety score though means you are under the radar and they are less likely to find where you are hiding or anticipate trouble.
- Your notoriety goes up when you perform high profile activities or get high profile recruits.
- Your notoriety goes down if you stay quiet for a while or some events happen.
- Support
- Support is how much the people of Area 13 support your cause and think you are likely to win. They are more likely to hide you, be less co-operative with the Empire, and join your Rebellion amongst other things. A high support often correlates to a high notoriety though the reverse is not true – if you are highly supported it’s likely the enemy knows you but just because the enemy does, does not mean you are supported.
- Support goes up as you gain victories, act honourably in a reasonable fashion, and when some people join your team. PR Campaigns can also affect it
- Support goes down when you losses, perform acts such as terrorism or some clampdowns or terror campaigns by the Empire depending.
- Fighting
- Don’t know if I should have this one but it would be more a rough estimate of how the group would do in a straight up rockem sockem fight. Could use another idea here.
- Allies
- People who join your Rebellion add a lot to it – providing you with all sorts of options and ways to grow. Almost all of them provide some sort of benefit beyond just being around and being a body and would be listed here.
- Example
- Ayako Tashama
- A Japanese worker in the Phlebotium workshop.
- Provides Phlebotium for Resources and grants Resources +1 each month.
