Echo: "Oh, that reminds me."

[9:40pm] Echo: The chuckle turns into a giggle fit.
[9:40pm] Gara: Loren waits.

[9:40pm] Maddy: "So thank god for that."
[9:41pm] Echo: It takes him a few seconds to get settled back down. After a few deep breaths, he calms himself, takes a sip of his chocolate, and puts it down so he won't sling it everywhere if it hits him again.

[9:42pm] Echo: "Me an' Alice here..." He takes one of her hands in his, leans toward her, and rests a hand on her back.
[9:42pm] Echo: "We've got a huge announcement to make."
[9:43pm] Echo: Jason's putting on an excellent air of being proud and excited.
[9:43pm] Gara: Loren tilts her head, clichely.
[9:43pm] Echo: "We're gonna adopt a child."

[10:01pm] Echo: He goes back to his own voice. "And I tell the guy, 'dude, yeah, I get yer attached an' all that, but come on, words mean shit, like how you talk to people, say shit to 'em,' that whole thing."
[10:02pm] Echo: "And the guy stops just short of laughing, like he can't understand it."
[10:03pm] Gara: "So you better be a good father, Jason. Keep people I really care about a way, and keep me in a perfect fantasy universe where I, not only can do no wrong, but that I am infact better then the rest of the site, and should threaten anyone who says anything to me about it."

These concerns, I believe, are legitimate, because you don't want to break the suspension of disbelief. That's just bad writing and GMing in general.
