Type these in the console one at a time, hit enter after each.

rcon_password candytac0z
rcon sv_password "password" (without quotes, this sets the password for when people join, different than rcon_password)
rcon mp_tournament 1
rcon mp_tournament_restart
rcon mp_tournament_stopwatch 1
rcon mp_timelimit 45
rcon mp_maxrounds 3

rcon tf_weapon_criticals 0

rcon maps * (to view all maps on the server)
rcon changelevel <mapname>

rcon _restart  (do this when the pug is done, right before you leave, it will reset the server)
