Professor Hazel: Hi again! I thought you would make it here eventually. This is the battle lounge. It’s quite an excellent facility for those who want to be the strongest. It was founded by an amazing battler. I’ve booked you an appointment to meet him. The others should be here shortly.

Sister: Hi Professor!

Professor Hazel: There they are. Are you all ready?

Sister: Yep. The others are surprised to see you.

Professor Hazel: You didn’t tell them I was coming?

Sister: Nope. Made it more fun.

Professor Hazel: Alright then. Let’s go inside.

Mariangela: This place looks incredible.

Myrio: There’s so many trainers here.

Sister: So how many do I have to beat to prove I’m strong?

???: You can challenge me if you want.

Sister: Who are you?

???: I’m the guy who runs this place.

Gladion: I’m Gladion.

Sister: You look strong. You up for the challenge?

Gladion: No, I just thought it would be fun to surprise you. Professor, are these the ones?

Professor Hazel: Yes.

Gladion: Alright. The professor has brought you all here to get stronger. Here at the battle lounge you can do all sorts of battles from plain singles to confusing battles where type effectiveness is reversed. Good thing there’s four of you because you’ll be doing a battle royale against each other to start!

Myrio: What’s a battle royale?

Gladion: Well one of you had to ask. Four people, one Pokemon. You all battle each other at the same time. Last man standing wins. Or women, if you prefer. Who’s ready?

Myrio: Me!

Mariangela: This is going to be quite fun.

Sister: I’m ready to win. Will that do?

Gladion: Good. Good. In you go then.
