Echo's Chamber - Blackjack

Objective of the game: Get a hand whose sum value is as close as possible to 21 without going over.

Dealer will use /dice 13 (in party chat; or /random 13 if in public chat) to deal two cards to each player and one for the house. Players will then get to decide whether they want to Keep the current hand or Hit, aka draw a new card.

If the player decides to Hit, they'll receive a new card, and get to choose again, until they decide to Keep.

Then, when all players have decided to Keep, the Dealer will try to beat their hands.

Value of Cards (dice rolls) are as follow:
1 = Ace. Owner of the hand chooses if it means 1 or 11
2-10 = Face value. 2 is 2, 5 is 5, and so on.
11, 12, 13 = Jack, Queen and King. Worth 10 each.

Payout is 1.5x for a victory and 2.5x for a Blackjack (aka hitting exactly 21). Ties result in a new game being played.
