Sandy a horsey

Alexithymiaa: -Adam proceeded to walk the field, the reigns of one of the horses in his hand as he walked her in the direction of the house, getting ready for the snow storm they were supposed to get later that evening. He watched his feet as he walked, giving a shivered chill because it was frigid as fuck, hence moving the horses indoors.-
Tsaaq: Hayley watched from the back porch swing thing, shivering next to her mom who was smoking a cigarette. "I'm going to see if I can pet the horsey." She declared as she jumped up from her seat, hoping movement would warm her up. "Abs!" She called out, trying to climb the fence to field. "Want me to help?" She offered. // Jacque didn't care bro. She took a pull from her cigarette with her sunglasses on like it wasn't night time. "Be careful." She said in a monotone.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam lifted his head when he heard Hayley's voice, waving his hand out to her to gesture her over toward him. "There really isn't much you can do. She's the last one to get toward the barn [that doesnt exist]." He started over toward her, holding the reigns to the horse toward her. "If you want to lead her you can though."-
Tsaaq: She jumped over the fence and staggered. She went over to horsey and took the reigns and furrowed her eyebrow as she went to walk towards the barn. "Okay dude. This way." She said, obviously had no fucking idea what she was doing.
Alexithymiaa: -He slipped his arm around her shoulders as they walked and the chestnut horse followed them, just walking at a leisurely pace. "She'll just follow you wherever you lead her. All you have to do is walk. This is Sandy."-
Tsaaq: "Like in Grease?" She laughed as she glanced back at the horse. "She's pretty." Hayley said while walking with him. "I've never walked a horse anywhere. Like, ever."
Alexithymiaa: "Like the color." He spoke with a laugh, turning his head to watch the horse as she just followed along. "She is pretty, yeah. You should see Luna. She's grey and has a pretty black mane." He spoke with a smile because he was fond of the horses his family had. "This is your first time with a horse?"-
Tsaaq: "But also like Grease." She whispered and stuck her tongue out at him. "Oooo I wanna see!" She squealed. "Well... I've seen horses in Central Park whenever we visited the city..." She trailed off. "I've never been this close to a horse and helped it go somewhere and stuff?"
Alexithymiaa: "Yes, also like Grease." He agreed as they got to the barn. He stepped ahead of her and moved to pull the door open, waving her inside so she could lead the horse in. "Well... if you want, we can brush them?"-
Tsaaq: Hayley's mouth fell open and her face lit up. "We can brush them?" She asked. She walked into the barn and led Sandy in behind her. "Where do I take her?" She asked.
Alexithymiaa: "Here." He said, reaching out for a tether on one side of the barn and clasping it to her bridal before walking around to the other side to tether her. Once she was in place, he grabbed a brush from the bucket in the corner and held it out toward Hayley. "Just go with the grain of her hair. It's easy."-
Tsaaq: She took the brush and went over to Sandy as she began to brush her mane. "Well I've had barbies okay. I know how to do this." She stuck her tongue out at Adam then looked at the horsey. "This is so relaxing." She whispered, still brushing.
Alexithymiaa: "It really is. And she likes it so everyone wins." He said in a soft voice as he stroked his hand over her muzzle. "Maybe tomorrow before we get packed up to head back to Portland, I'll show you how to clean out their hooves?"-
Tsaaq: "Oh my gosh, yes lets do that." Hayley said in a sing songy voice. She continued to brush Sandy's hair. "This is better than a barbie though." She noted. "This Christmas was fun... Did you have fun?" She asked him as she looked over to him.
Alexithymiaa: "Well it's usually a chore I don't enjoy very much, so if you'd like to do it, I'd more than welcome the help." He spoke with a small laugh, leaning against the barn wall as he watched her. "I had a lot of fun. I'm really glad you were able to come join us this year with your mom. I hope my family wasnt too overbearing for you."-
Tsaaq: Hayley shook her head. "Are you kidding me? Overbearing?" She repeated skeptically. "At Thanksgiving everyone was beating each other's ass. I was happy to have a normal holiday for once." She rolled her eyes and shook her head as she laughed. "I want every holiday to be like this." She said in a quieter voice.
Alexithymiaa: "Well I will happily invite you home whenever you would like to do my chores for me." He said with a laugh, easing forward again so he could scratch his fingers over Sandy's neck. "I'm excited that my moms invited y'all to come back every year though."-
Tsaaq: "These aren't chores you brat. I do chores. Washing dishes and laundry and hard stuff. Not playing with pretty ponies. Oh my gosh. I want a pony now. A Jet black pony." Hayley began to ramble. She smiled at him. "I know... Is it bad that I'm nervous about your moms being around Remy and my dad. They're kind of gross." She pouted. "I mean I love them but I don't want them to embarrass me."
Alexithymiaa: "Hey, I'm not a brat. Cleaning out horse hooves is hard work. And they don't really like it much so they tend to try to fidget and move around which makes it harder. Plus I have to get out here early and sweep the barn before we take off. I really don't like sweeping the barn." He said with a shake of his head. "You shouldn't be embarrassed of them, they're your family. There is nothing they can do to offend my moms or Gabe. Everything will be fine."-
Tsaaq: She sputtered her lips. "You're right. You aren't a brat." She quickly caved. "Well, I mean. It's new and it's not laundry. So I'll try it at least once?" Hayley said. She lowered her head as she frowned. "Are you sure?" She asked, cause she knew her family she definitely wasn't convinced.
Alexithymiaa: "Of course i'm sure." He spoke gently as he walked over to put his hand on top of hers, taking the brush from her. "We should put her in her stall so we can get inside and get to sleep." He dropped the brush into the bucket and removed the tethers, taking Sandy by the reigns and leading her into her stall before removing her bridal.-
Tsaaq: Hayley nodded her head and went to follow behind Adam. "We should probably do the same." She said. "My mom is still on the back porch chain smoking I think." She pursed her lips. "We have to drag her inside too." She gave Sandy some gentle pets as they brought her to her stall.
Alexithymiaa: -Hanging the bridal up in the stall, he stepped out and closed the wooden gate behind him satisfied with their chores for the evening before taking Hayley by the hand. "Well then let's go save her from the cold and get her inside." He walked her out of the barn, making sure to shut the barn door behind them before beginning to head toward the house.-
