  158. - eat honey syrup/maple syrup if you have <9 FP before heart fight
  159. - after you get the last key in tubba blubba’s mansion go back to windmill
  160. - last room before heart switch badges to Power Bounce and Mega Rush

  186. - You can make the earliest platform cycle in the 2nd room, doing so saves 15s
  187. - Get Fire Shield by dropping from the lowest zipline in the main room
  188. - Go left to the lava puzzle room
  189. - Get a Life Shroom from an invisible block, and do lava skip to get past the puzzle room

  326. - Exit desert to the left and choose the 1st Buzzar option to fight him

  332. - Go left and exit through Mt. Rugged + Train, picking up the Chapter 2 seed on the way

  370. - Talk to Lily, get the blue berry on the way back to the main screen
  371. - Go to the left exit, give the blue berry and go left to the maze fight (hit invisible coin block)

  374. T1: Jump a Lakitu/Shell shot the SAME lakitu, block everything to be safe

  376. - Take note of whether or not the Lakitu spawned a spiny, this will be important later (Spiny Spawn is better)

  382. - Go back to the left exit from the main screen and trade the crystal berry for the water stone
  383. - Go back to Lily (downright exit) and place the water stone
  384. - On the way back to the main screen get a bubble berry
  385. - Take the upleft exit from the main screen and use the bubble berry to get across
  386. - Avoid the bee (if possible) and head left
  387. - Get Shooting Star in grass in lakitu room
  388. - Talk to the sun
  389. - Head back right to the laki fight

  459. - Get into a battle, Swap to Lakilester, then run away
  460. - Be aware that using Parakarry or getting into another battle with the Clubba might softlock your game
  461. - Staircase Skip [JP-Only]. Hopefully this doesn't softlock you game either.
  462. Crystal Palace
  463. - Take the lower door and get the Blue Key -- Somebody figure out how to make Blue Key Skip possible in real time.
  464. - Mirror Clip
  465. - Break the boards without falling down
  466. - If you're saving a Whacka's Bump for Crystal King and you don't have any Life Shrooms, pick up the Super Shroom in the block.
  467. - Unlock the Blue Door and head around to the other side
  468. - Head down the hole where the X used to be and get the Red Key
  469. - Unlock the Red Door and eat a Jammin Jelly take the lower of the two doors first in the next room
  470. Clubba 1: Jump
