[FFXIV] Split Rogue/Ninja and convert Rogue into a new job.

The Rogue and Ninja quest-lines are very detatched story-wise. I'd recommend revamping them to not be connected at all, and remake Rogue into a new job called "Freelancer," "Crusader" or "Buccaneer." Having the job story continue more with the politics/etc. surrounding Limsa Lominsa and the varying pirate factions (such as the Sanguine Sirens.) The new job would use a Sword + Pistol Combination weapon.

Ninja would continue to use its dual daggers and be a job only job that starts at level 30.
