  1. >Your feet sink into the soft marshy earth as you cut your jetpack.
  2. >After you took down the blue one, the Equines would probably be looking for you. Adrenalin raced through your veins at the thought.
  3. >One Mando against a whole race of Multi-colored Equines? They'll need more troops.
  4. >You set up pitfalls, rope traps, and stash various weapons around the area surrounding your ship.
  5. >As night begins to fall again, the few sensors you have pick up movement heading your way.
  6. >They read about 13 warm bodies.
  7. >You settle down, right in the middle of the clearing and wait.
  8. >You hear shouts as the approachers meet your traps. Nothing lethal of course, just bone breakers and the like.
  9. >The thrashing through foliage gets louder and louder, so you crouch down  with your hand on your pistol.
  10. >Prisoners can be exchanged for supplies, so your blasters are set for stun.
  11. >You can't wait to get some actual food, not that glop you've been eating from the ships dispenser.
  12. >Oya, Equines. Let's roll.
  13. >The six that found you step into the clearing with two others in golden armour.
  14. >All of them are in various states, covered in scratches and cuts.
  15. >All but the blue and pink ones.
  16. >You lick your lips as the purple one scrutinizes you. She looks to the yellow one. "Does it look like any animal you've ever seen Fluttershy?"
  17. >The yellow one, Fluttershy, shakes her head.
  18. >She turns her head to you. "Why did you attack Rainbow Dash?"
  19. >The yellow one shouts as well. "Why did you hurt those wolves! They didn't hurt you!"
  20. >You resist the urge to roll your eyes and pull out your Bryar Pistol. The blue one, Rainbow Dash glares at you.
  21. >"Girls, watchout! That's the thing he used against me."
  22. >You smile under your helmet and start counting from three. "Ehn.
  23. >The Equines give you a strange look and ask among themselves if they understood you.
  24. >You reach two. "T'ad."
  25. >One of the armored Equines clear their throats. "In the name of the Solar Sisters, I pronounce you under arrest."
  26. >You laugh, hard. After several seconds of chuckling you level your Bryar pistol at the one who spoke. "Solus, your time is up."
  27. >They look at you in shock that you spoke basic, even as you pulled the trigger.
  28. >The guard crumpled to the ground out cold. You repeat with the other guard as he charges you and he slides several feet across the ground.
  29. >You laugh and bait the blue one as you step back. "Usenye, Go away! Maybe more worthy opponents will take your place."
  30. >The blue one and the orange one both take the bait surprisingly and charge. You step forward bringing your foot up against the orange ones head, knocking her away.
  31. >The blue one dives at you and you draw your vibroblade. You duck under her flying kick and slash high at her face.
  32. >She ducks and you shear some of her mane off, and bring your Bryar around in a pistol whip.
  33. >The blue one goes down, her skull making a cracking sound against your weapon.
  34. >The Orange one shouts at you and you bring up your wrist, loosing a gout of flames from the hidden flame projector.
  35. >She steps back and through the flames you nail her with a stunning shot.
  36. >She crumples to the ground, though she fought it.
  37. >You had to give her credit, that would've knocked a wookiee on it's ass.
  38. >A large stone impacts the side of your helmet and you turn your attention to the purple, white, and yellow ones.
  39. >The yellow one is glaring at you, and you feel a tickle in your skull.
  40. >You shake the feeling off
  41. >The white and Purple both lift up more rocks, screaming the names of their allies.
  42. >You jet up, hovering by your jetpack ad you rain blaster fire at them.
  43. >you clip the white one and she goes down screaming about dirt.
  44. >The yellow one comes screaming at you from below. "You hurt my friends!"
  45. >You cut your jets and drop to the ground, under a swing from her hoof.
  46. >You're down to three. This was easier then you thought.
  47. >Rocks pelt you, bouncing harmlessly off your armour. You level a shot at the  Purple one and fire.
  48. >To your surprise, Fluttershy take the bolt for her friend and goes down quietly.
  49. >The purple one glares daggers at you, her eyes glowing white. What is this Osik? Parlor tricks?
  50. >"H-how could you do this, you-you...MONSTER!" That's it? She thinks they're dead.
  51. >If that's what it takes for a challenge then so be it. "Ke nu'jurkadir sha Mando'ade, Di'kut."
  52. >She throws screams and your sensors all go fuzzy. Energy pushes you back steadily. You can't even get a proper shot.
  53. >Then you feel it, your armor starts grinding and twisting around you.
  54. >These things have Jedi? Powerful ones at that.
  55. >she jerks her head and you slam face first into a tree, scarring the paint of your armor.
  56. >Your nose breaks and you can feel warm blood dribble down, taste the coppery twang of blood.
  57. >You slump down, playing dead and the raging mare approaches.
  58. >"How...How could you! Rainbow Dash never got to become a wonderbolt...Rarity never met her stallion..."
  59. >You tune her out as she rambles on, then your helmet comes off and she stares right into your open eyes. "You're still-"
  60. > She was cut off as you put a dart into her forehead, knocking her out with a swift acting tranquilizer.
  61. >You get up, blood pouring from your twisted nose. All around you laid the knocked out bodies of the equine creatures.
  62. >All but one. You spin around, bringing your pistol to bare.
  63. >The Pink one waited, and here she stood with a cannon pointed at you.
  64. >"Mirdala'ika. You're going to be the real challenge, arn't you?"
  65. >The pink one grits her teeth and moves to fire her cannon. "Ahaha! I wouldn't do that."
  66. >You gently pull a thermal detonator from your belt, the pressure switch on. If you let go, boom.
  67. >You stood next to the Orange and Blue ones. "What is that?" She growls out.
  68. >You laugh, and with blood coating your face you probably look like some evil beast. "Let's just say, if I lose my grip of this none of us will be leaving here."
  69. >She eases off the cannon. "Tell me Mirdala'ika, what is your name?"
  70. >She gives you a death stare as her mane goes flat. "Pinkamina Diane Pie."
  71. >You give a little mock bow. "I am Anonymous, Bounty Hunter. I am also a generous man Miss Pinkamina."
  72. >She cocks her head and settles onto all four. "I can tell your interested." You flash her your blood-stained teeth as a grin.
  73. >She doesn't even flinch, you like this one. "This has been fun, and I think this might happen again. So, what I'm willing to do is.."
  74. >She leans in, those blue eyes of hers like ice. "What?"
  75. >"You get your friends, leave, but try this again when you're a challenge."
  76. >She grits her teeth and moves to the cannon but you flash the detonator.
  77. >She growls at you a moves to Applejack, waking her up from the stun. "Ah, wha-Where are we?"
  78. >Pinkamina shakes her head and tells her to get the others.
  79. >In minutes, you're watching the defeated Ponies limp off in defeat.
  80. >You deactivate the detonator and set it back on your belt. Adrenalin was already ebbing from your system.
  81. >With a crack you put your nose back into place, the pain feeling oddly gratifying.
  82. >You pick up your fallen Vibroblade and re-holster it.
  83. >Well, time to go hunting for tonights dinner.
  84. >You retrieve your Verpine Shatter Rifle and replace your helmet then venture off into the forest.
  85. >In a few minutes you set up on a small hill overlooking a stream.
  86. >It's late, but you hope something is an insomniac. You don't want ration cubes again.
  87. >You lay prone, time ticking by with your entire body sore. Your eyelids get heavy and you stand at the edge of the waking world and dreamland.
  88. >Memories of your father teaching you to hunt and fish came up.
  89. >A cracking twig wakes you up and you look through the scope, you were getting soft. You almost fell asleep.
  90. >Through your scope you see a tall brown furred creature with a head sporting massive horns.
  91. >You sight it in, aiming just above the shoulder.
  92. >You inhale and pull the trigger. The round flies soundless to the target and you watch the large animal topple over, it's legs jerking and twitching.
  93. >A grin broke out under your helmet, that thing would be big enough for a few days.
  94. >You slide down the hill and cross the stream to the fallen beast. You pull out a sturdy Trandoshan blade and start gutting.
  95. >"Girls, maybe it's over this a'way."
  96. >Your head jerks up at the voices. It sounded almost like the orange one, Applejack.
  97. >You jerk up your rifle as three small Equines step into the clearing.
  98. >The white one speaks up as she sees the beast. "Mister, what did you do to that deer?"
  99. >"I'm securing food for the next few days, go away." The white one steps back but one with a little red bow and another with a burnt orange coat stepforward. "Hai, Ah'm Applebloom, this is Scootaloo, an' that's Sweetie Bell."
  100. >You holster your rifle on your back and toss the deer over your shoulder. "Head back to your homes small ones, this forest isn't a place meant for you."
  101. >They don't listen, and just follow you.
  102. >For the next twenty minutes, you're subjected to various questions about everything, and you arn't stretching the truth.
  103. >The sounds of the forest eventually get to them, and they practically walk on your heels in fear.
  104. >You turn your head to spare a glance back at them. Sweetie Bell has her horn glowing for light, Applejack has puffed herself up and Scootaloo looked almost the same.
  105. >You say almost as you notice her eyes flickering across the visible tree line and her ears working like tiny radar.
  106. >She seems better adjusted then the others. You stop and the trio smack into the backs of your legs.
  107. >"For the last time, go home." Applebloom, ever the voice for the group pipes up. "But, we don't know tha' way back."
  108. >Scootaloo perks up as something moves in the brush. You faintly make out the form of two wolves.
  109. >You may have been a bastard, but you weren't merciless.
  110. >You sigh and wave the three to your ship as you finally step out into the clearing. "You leave at dawn, don't touch anything."
  111. >They ignore you and proceed to do the exact opposite. They touched EVERYTHING.
  112. >You constantly had to remind yourself they were kids.
  113. >You got to work on preparing dinner, having to restart several times because of various 'accidents'.
  114. >You had to lock up most of your explosives after Sweetie found a Cryoban grenade.
  115. >Tonight was going to be a long night for Anonymous.
