Distorted Hellboy PCM

PCM to WAV, eac3to to Audacity, trimmed and saved in 32f.
1hr 31min XXsec into the movie.
When Tom Manning (played by Jeffrey Tambor) starts talking, his voice is severely distorted as if clipping.
But viewing the waveform, there's no evidence of clipping.
So it's been mastered to PCM for the blu-ray with really crap quality.
Don't know what they did, but it happens in a few spots during the movie.
