48. During the waning days of Roman Empire, the barbarian Huns are making their way toward Europe. A warrior named Attila violently assumes Hun leadership and unites the warring clans under his banner. But this is not enough for him, Attila seeks to form an empire, and he sees Rome, bristling under the leadership of the incompetent Caesar Valentinian , ripe for the picking. In an attempt to quell a Hun invasion, ambitious Roman General Flavius Aetius attempts to form an alliance with Attila against their mutual enemy, Visigoth King Theodoric. But this plan backfires, and it soon becomes clear that a violent showdown between all three armies awaits.
 49. A romanced story of Attila the Hun, from when he lost his parents in childhood until his death. Attila is disclosed as a great leader, strategist and lover and the movie shows his respect to the great Roman strategist Flavius Aetius, his loves and passions, the gossips, intrigues and betrayals in Rome, all of these feelings evolved by magic and mysticism.
 50. I'm getting rather tired of the one sided views of Attila and Hungarians, especially by people who don't anything about either topics. Do your research before you start yapping.

For one, there is no real proof that Hungarians are Asian based, and the historical accounts of Attila were more than likely slanted, and not objective portrayals. As for being a barbarian, it's a matter of perspective, there are things that the Roman Empire did that were barbaric, but no one seems to poo poo on them.

IT is a Hollywood movie and there inaccuracies but comments by other members here are plain farcical.
 51. What an epic to remember, and it was caught all on TV. USA truly knows how to capture an audience. They created the next "Braveheart." A must own movie that captures the heart and soul of the viewer. Well acted and directed. I would never had suspected that a TV movie could be this well put together. Congratulations USA Network on a job well done.
