  1. Name: Death
  2.
  3. Class: Rider
  4.
  5. Gender: None (Refers to itself as male or female)
  6.
  7. Appearance: https://i.imgur.com/ddn5Zsz.jpg
  8.
  9. Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  10.
  11. Personality: Due to death wishing to be more human, he attempts to at least when summoned to act more like it as well, having been an observer of human lives for so long you would think one who acts as the person who eventually takes them to their afterlife as a guide would be able to pull it off.
  12.
  13. The truth is Death is rather blunt and socially awkward unsure of how to really start going about being human, death can be more human but it constantly switches from referring to itself as he and she by sheer accident and sometimes communicates in strange ways.
  14.
  15. Death can’t really act like a static hero though certainly tries to go about it in own way when interacting with other heroic spirits it becomes strange knowing full well that at one point in time it guided them to the afterlife in some fashion but not really being able to remember their identity.
  16.
  17. Because of this Death just tries to be itself but itself isn’t really much but a terrifying force given physical form, So it partakes in human habits and tries to pick up on their social ques much of what it does can be chalked up to being much like a foreigner trying to blend in with the culture around them.
  18.
  19. In more serious situations Death is very cold and calculating and has no regrets with doing what must be done, killing another servant and master are considered just simple goals to Death, not to say it doesn’t enjoy interacting with them it also is just fully aware of what it was summoned for.
  20.
  21. Death also surprisingly depending on their master will observe and watch over them like a caring mother, almost a strange manifestation of Death’s loves for humans for being one that guides their souls to the afterlife it is done as a curiosity, not as some form of malice or enjoyment, however those that intend on overcoming death or try to somehow trick their way out of it will find themselves in death’s malice, those unnaturally immortal are the greatest example of this and those that dwell in death’s own domain without permission will also suffer the consequences.
  22.
  23.
  24. History: Death, due to its prominent place in human culture, is frequently imagined as a personified force, also known as the Grim Reaper. In some mythologies, the Grim Reaper causes the victim's death by coming to collect that person. In turn, people in some stories try to hold on to life by avoiding Death's visit, or by fending Death off with bribery or tricks. Other beliefs hold that the Spectre of Death is only a psychopomp, serving to sever the last ties between the soul and the body, and to guide the deceased to the afterlife, without having any control over when or how the victim dies. Death is most often personified in male form although some cultures have depicted Death as female.
  25.
  26. Death has been around for a long time taking many forms the form it takes here is that of it's personification within the Book of Revelations as one of the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse as a concept it has existed since Humanity first encountered Death and as a conceptual Heroic Spirit he has been around since the Age of Gods, Death can be said to be familiar with almost every Heroic Spirit it witnessed their deaths after all and the death they caused and in some way at some point influenced their actions perchance, to say the least those that play the part of the 'Angel of Death' or 'Death' are mockery's to the name but at the same time great enforcer's of it's will and to that degree Death considers them to be like underlings.
  27.
  28. Death is not tied to one religion or region or even place Death is all around it is a concept that everyone understands and knows of ever since the First Human died Death has existed in some fashion or another.
  29.
  30. If Death were to be summoned its form is dependent on his mood so one shouldn't think of Death as someone who takes a form based on Class but rather what Death feels like, in this case Death has taken the form of itself from the Book of Revelations one of it's more popular depictions.
  31.
  32. Deaths wish for the Holy Grail War is if just for a brief moment to be able to be human and to feel the embrace of Death as a human, it understands how foolish and simple of a wish this is but for someone who has existed as nothing but a real concept as a guide for those to enter whatever Afterlife it is they go, Death wishes to experience that for itself to feel what it is like to be those that it looks after.
  33.
  34. In this form, it appears Death has taken on that of a female.
  35.
  36. Weapon: Scythe
  37.
  38. Parameters:
  39.
  40. STR: B
  41.
  42. END: B
  43.
  44. AGI: A
  45.
  46. MGI: A
  47.
  48. LCK: D
  49.
  50. Class Skills:
  51. Riding - A+
  52. All vehicles and all creatures up to the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts. However, that does not apply to members of the Dragon Kind.
  53.
  54. Magic Resistance - B
  55. Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected.
  56.
  57. Personal Skills:
  58. At The Boundary - EX
  59. A Skill for those who walk within the Valley, are as one with Death and are familiar with its ways. Being the actual concept of Death itself even if it is the one of the Four Horseman born from the Book of Revelations it is only natural that he holds such a rank in this skill, Although the probability is low one who is struck by his Scythe or attacks has the chance of instantly dying a magical attack that can be said to reap the soul even merely physically touching Rider has a chance to bring about one's certain demise as "he" is one who brings about nothing but death it is all that he is made of. However, on this same spectrum, the idea of inflicting the status of Death Upon Death itself is impossible a paradox so to speak.
  60.
  61. Reaper of Death - A++
  62. "I looked, and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine, and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth." A composite skill of Instinct, Animal Dialogue and the combination of the Plagues and Poisons that Death himself can unleash along with what could be described as creating mini-disasters through having control of a fourth of the earth, this is how such a skill is taken in context as a Servant, it can be compared to a Noble Phantasm in functional use.
  63.
  64. Blessings of Hades - A
  65. It is noted that 'Hades' himself followed close behind Death and thus he has the blessings of Hades acting as a combination skill of a form of Divine Protection against Mental attacks and Fire Magecraft, it also grants him access to the Blue Flames of Hades himself in the form of A rank Mana Burst (Flames) and the ability to summon the lower ranking minions of Hades himself to fight alongside him if he truly needs to, it also gives Death a Silver Tongue one that is able to perchance convince those to do something for him even if they have no idea of it.
  66.
  67. Divinity - A
  68. The measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. At high levels, one is treated as a mixed race of a Divine Spirit, and the level declines when the Heroic Spirit's own rank as a Monster or Demonic Beast raises. It can also decrease due to one's dislike for the gods. Those who have A Rank Divinity or above have reached the Throne of Gods. It also has an effect which reduces special defensive values called 'purge defense' in proportion to the Divinity's Rank. It can break through Skills such as Protection of the Faith and Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig. For someone like Death who has been worshipped as his own deity in many different forms to even being an Angel in others a high ranking Divinity is only natural as whatever the form he is usually some form of existence of divine power, even if he is merely the conceptualized materialized 'human' form of Death.
  69.
  70. Noble Phantasm(s):
  71.
  72. Name: Death
  73.
  74. Title: 'He Who Rides On An Ashen Horse'
  75.
  76. Rank: A+
  77.
  78. NP Type: Anti-Army
  79.
  80. Range: 400
  81.
  82. Maximum Number of Targets: 600
  83.
  84. Description: The Phantasmal Horse on which Death himself rides attached the horse is a sheathed sword and numerous skulls that jingle about, it is said upon his coming he shall ride upon this horse and that Hades himself shall follow behind him as death spreads all across the land, massive disasters that have taken thousands of lives all are connected to Death reaping the souls from Wars to Plagues to something as simple as the eruption of a Volcano while some of these also have the influence of his counterparts all of them are orchestrated by Death Himself, he who was there when God first appeared and he who will always remain eternally, The Horse itself is blessed with the powers of Hades it's running power can ignite it into blue flames which when can burn away through an army killing it and reaping their souls, speaking of the Noble Phantasm itself is a natural soul feeding one whatever it kills it feed off the soul or mana it leaves behind to empower The Ashen Horse even more, of course, The Ashen Horse cannot function properly without its rider and thus the two are always connected in some way or another.
  85.
  86.
  87. Name: The Grim Reaper
  88.
  89. Title: 'The Scythe Which Guides Those to the Afterlife'
  90.
  91. Rank: A+
  92.
  93. NP Type: Anti-Unit
  94.
  95. Range: 20
  96.
  97. Maximum Number of Targets: 1~10
  98.
  99. Description: A large scythe that is not meant to cut flesh or to rip through Rider's Opponents but rather a scythe meant to reap souls and spirits, that is the function of the Scythe commonly popularized with Death being the conceptual Grim Reaper, Death and The Grim Reaper are impossible to separate they are one in the same, it is this Noble Phantasm which qualifies him for the Lancer Class however with Rider being his most infamous class the Noble Phantasm appears in it as well.
  100.
  101. As noted The Scythe itself is not meant for cutting flesh although it can with great ease, it is a Scythe that feeds off souls and being a tool meant to guide others to the afterlife it reaps the souls from those that it slashes, translated as a Noble Phantasm the Scythe itself aims to attack the Spirit Origin of the Servant weakening them anytime they are struck by the Scythe it could be said to be the Original concept of a weapon like Gae Buidhe or Achilles Spear, as it also inflicts devastating wounds which cannot be healed unless the Scythe itself is broken, ironically enough it is said only the Scythe of Death itself could truly destroy death, however, whether such a statement is even remotely true or relevant within the confines of a Grail War is Irrelevant.
  102.
  103. The more 'Souls' the Scythe feeds on the more powerful it and in turn, Rider will become. As someone who must guide Souls back to the Afterlife, it is only natural for Death to guide the souls of Heroes who have already fallen and died back to the Throne of Heroes.
