State Department of Justice:
	- competent bar exam
		> required education to take bar exam
		> must have bar license to practice law in any court
	- ranks
		> ag, dag, da, pd, ada, attorney

State Courts:
	- must be bar certified
	- ranks
		> chief justice, supreme court, circuit court, district court, court clerk
	- court clerks has a tedious job so give these guys/girls some sort of benefit
	- supreme court will have 5 justices including the chief justice
	- circuit courts will have a maximum of 2 judges
	- district courts will have a maximum of 3 judges
		> district courts may act as an appelate body on traffic violations
			> only members of the supreme court may remove the traffic offenses from their actual criminal record
			> justices obv. need the verdict from the district court first

Police stuff:
	- Two police offices: State Police, County Police
		> each county has its own PD
		> state police have jurisd. over entire state
	- to be a state po you need experience as a county po
	- to become a police officer:
		> 0 criminal record
		> pass an entrance exam into police academy (standardized by the state)
			> application fee w/ in-game currency
		> graduate police academy (duh)

State Legislation:
	not needed since there will probably only be one city which leads to the next section

Municipal Gov't:
	- citizens elect mayor and city comissioners
	- mayor appoints: fire chief(?), police chief
	- vote on local legislation (duh)

Executive crap:
	- governor / lt. governor elected by popular vote
	- unique impeachment system(since theres no legislative branch):
		> citizens of good character may submit a petition to the supreme court
		> supreme court will vote on certiorari
		> the person being impeached will be brought before the court in an impeachment trial
	- state police commissioner
	- parks and wildlife commissioner
	- chief medical officer
