When supervising flights, how will you enforce Staff to work at there highest level of effort and skill and what kind of methods will you use?:

I will pep talk with the staff at the briefing and I will tell them

"The only thing that I require from you is to do your best."

I will also try to keep everybody happy.

I will tell them one of the best things with Kenya Airways is to work here with all the lovely staff.
