- This guide is based on my own research as well as 牧場物語3 ハートに火をつけて 完全攻略ガイド (Bokujō Monogatari 3 Haato ni Hi wo Tsukete Kanzen Kōryaku Gaido, "Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland Complete Walkthrough Guide"), a Japanese-only guidebook with detailed flowcharts of each ending path. The numbering of each ending's cutscenes will follow that of the guidebook (with some modifications where appropriate).

- LIST OF GUIDEBOOK ERRORS
- - The affection of Bob's cow does not matter for obtaining the horse; only his horses' total combined affection is taken into account
- - HR8 (race reminder) forces sunny weather, but the guidebook says any weather is possible
- - HR9 (lucky charm CS) forces sunny weather, but the guidebook says any weather is possible
- - HR10 is listed as the final CS for its ending, but there is actually an 11th
- - Says you can rechallenge Gwen on Thu, when she correctly tells you in-game to challenge her on Tue (the day she's at Brownie Farm pasture)
- - Not a mistake per se, but lists the rechallenge with Gwen as its own "cutscene"; HR guide in general is a bit confusing, so I renumbered the cutscenes myself
