  19. Fixed several name issues and explained others using loading tips.
  20. Corrected subtitle languages, speakers and added some missing ones.
  21. Moved Giovanni loading tips up and improved several map load names.
  22. Swapped prostitutes to seperate alike ones and fixed following bug.
  23. Restored newscaster lines, missing Malkavian answers and his desk.
