Sami is so open, that his mouth moves faster than his brain can think. He's so loving that he may go a step too far. And he lacks so much focus that he might lose sight of what's really going on in front of him, sending mixed signals (more of a problem for the future, I guess). Focus also hinders his education, and his attention span barely exists. But he will make it work. The discovery of such a world was great - and he took to it like a duck to water. A very intelligent, studious individual - Ellis was also a Hufflepuff at heart. But he showed signs of every Hogwarts House - through his relationships, his main friendship group (SK4L) and his straight-up sarcastic and blunt style. Ellis was adopted by Caelan and Rehema during his school life - instilling many more positive values into him. He always tries to instil these into his son, Maen. From the moment he touched a broom, Ellis loved flying. He loved Quidditch. His potential was remarkable, his skill even more so, for his age at the time. After a heavily successful school life, he embarked a successful Quidditch career, first at Chudley and then at Caerphilly. On that day, he had met the girl who would change his life forever. But it also shaped his childhood as quiet, reserved, and paranoid. On the day he met his father and started to learn more and more about the man he was, James knew he truly wanted to be a Harkin. He wanted to live up to a legacy that is, at the end of the day, unattainable. This would lead him into law enforcement, into a tumultuous relationship with a dark-edged individual and ultimately, lead to the loss of his left arm. This led to the quiet, reserved, doubt-filled, paranoid individual rear its ugly head. Even when he found himself rearing back around, he ultimately lost his father. A father he had not appreciated enough, a father he had not lived up to, a father he thought he had never made proud.
