- In looking through copywriting notes, we've identified an opportunity to provide extra clarity and context about what clients do or provide. To help FXers fully understand clients' products or services and jump into projects quickly, could we craft some "Explain it Like I'm 5" (ELI5) summaries to add to the top of About Us note sections? These summaries aim to encapsulate the client with simple, reader-friendly layman’s terms.

- We're looking for 4-6 ELI5 summaries for client notes that have dense or nonexistent About Us copywriting note sections. You may have personal knowledge of client notes that could make great candidates! You can also identify candidates by clicking through client note lists and looking for those in more technical industries or with sparse notes.

- <b>Process</b>
- Aim to explain exactly what the client does or sells in ~2-3 sentences or less. Our goal is to provide a clear, specific explanation that an FXer can read to give them immediate context on the client. Here's an example from Polson Tax: (https://prnt.sc/26c6qd2).
- Best practices for ELI5 summary creation include:
- - If applicable, include and define key acronyms related to the clients' business.
- - If possible, define any industry jargon to make summary ultra accessible.
- - Ensure a link to the client's website About Us page is readily accessible for further reading.
- - Be as specific and clear as possible.
- After writing your ELI5 summaries, paste them in a comment below paired with a link to the appropriate client notes Guru Card and tag your PM. Your PM will read and approve the summaries and comment back to you! You can then add the summaries as the first entry under the top section of the client notes with the bolded tag <b>[Simple Summary]</b>.
