THREAT ASSESSMENT: Moderate-- built-in propensity for groupthink, doccumented emotional erraticism under certain kinds of pressure, consistantly fails to wear clothing correctly in a way that is just barely legal.

OVERALL NOTES:
Subject is a gestalt of two seperate sapient entities. Legal incorporation allows them to be tried as one for non-capital crimes, and they should generally be assumed to have equal degrees of culpability to any crime unless exceptional circumstances come to bear.

A faintly towering, bulky humanoid figure, standing at about 6'9". Their voice has a layer of reverb over it but generally seems affable.

A few lines of tubing run from their back to the back of their head, filled with a bright blue fluid that swirls about energetically.

The old Bishop monitor that serves as their head appears to have been converted into a sort of fishtank-- dark, but apparently filled with a viscous blue fluid.

Their body's Bishop lighting strips have been torn out and replaced with glass lining for internal fluid resevoirs. Bright blue fluid can be seen percolating inside, especially in between what passes for their shoulder blades, where a mass of tubes come together.

There are a few lengths of tubbing running between their back and their arms, connected to plexiglass-lined holding tanks full of something blue.

Their kneecaps are filled with fluid. Probably shock-absorbant.
