Qalangere

The dragon’s true form is a black, almost canine body structure with a bioluminescent lure hanging on its head. Its face is a large, black-scaled mass with several large, white, vertical eyes that form two large rows of teeth into a maw. It has several tails, which each have several joints, almost like insect legs. It doesn’t seem to have a mouth, but its feet have hooked claws, as if predatory. It can hypnotize others with psychic powers which originate from the lure hanging from its head. Its body secretes a black, highly flammable, tar-like fluid.
