John Algarin, 19, of 154 Ives St., two counts second-degree failure to appear.

Aimee Castonguay, 54, of 2810 E. Main St., second-degree breach of peace.

Luigi Lorenzo, 38, of 29 Anderson Ave., two counts second-degree failure to appear.
