 One needed a way to speed up manual resource collection, simply running around a set of coordinates and collecting what came into view wasn't going to cut it anymore. It needed to increase its means of production.

So the solution was simple, a shovel that spins! The Drillbit itself was tipped with hardened durasteel and the grooves on the side collected dirt from the ground, and a specialized magnet on the interior of the drill repulsed non-desirable resources, such as dirt and plant matter. After this purge is finished, it collects the resources in the handle/storage area of the machine.
