Day 1: This is the day that the trip starts. Bruce (the bus driver) drives the group to the river. The first rapid(The Thunderstorm) was too dangerous. They walked around it. The rest of the day they sailed over easy water. In the evening it was chilling time. Day 2: Day 2 was a normal day with friendly rapids. There was one Class 2 rapid: The Slippery Dip. They weren't scared so they shot this rapid. Day 3: The night before this day it had rained very hard and the water was higher than the other days. This day there was a rapid named: The Straight Shooter, it was not a very hard rapid but because it rained the rapids was now very hard. When they passed off the rapid everything went wrong. Linda was hurt because she didn't wear a helmet. She said that she would look terrible with a helmet. Day 4: Scott, Dario, Malcolm, Hall and Ryan went further alone to call for help. They could call for help because Linda brought her phone on the trip. But there was no signal. Day 5: This day was a magic day. They had a signal for the phone! Hall called for help and exactly at that moment the rescueteam started up a helicopter. The five boys wanted to finish the trip to Griffiths Bridge. Day 6: The book ends on the evening of day 5. So we can't know what happend here.
