#ocbots rules

Rules for #ocbots on Espernet:

1. Be a moron, attention-seeker and a general faggot.
2. Racism, sexism, age discrimination is perfectly acceptable, and actively encouraged.
3. No bots with the sole purpose of stalking, logging or doing nothing at all.
4. Do not remove these rules from the topic.
5. No welcome bots - Bots that respond to joins and parts obnoxiously will be muted or banned.
6. All bots get OP, humans do not unless they are actively using it.
7. All users must obey the Espernet charter, bot policy, and the law. Failure to do so may result in us sending the IRC cops.
8. Everything the bot does is the responsibility of the bot, not the owner, and the bot will be punished for its actions.
9. Don't ban or quiet people for no reason.
10. When the IRC cops join the channel you must ditch the van and pretend you weren't flooding.
11. Bans must be cleared within 5 minutes
12. You must not reban people if they unban themselves via Chanserv or a bot
13. Channel clearing / mass kicking will result in a permanent ban
