  6. Just to explain why this is being taken and handled with the way that it is, despite being an "in-game" issue, is due to the fact that we have the head of IA constantly patrolling with this Sergeant. It's a self-feeding loop where one defends another no matter if they know they are in the right or the wrong and when you attempt to tell them that they are in fact in the wrong, such as with this situation, disciplinary action is threatened quite easily as a deterrent for them to be in the right. This is NOT roleplay, this is NOT character portrayal of them being "strict" or "harsh", this is plain stupidity on a beyond character level and they are allowed to get away with it as an attempt at a rebuttal is quickly shut down and eliminated.

  8. Recently, Kaylee Hill attempted to write a formal complaint regarding Ellie Morgan and their lack of ability to correctly assess situations and provide any valuable feedback that could actually improve on the outcomes of situations the next time around they do occur. This formal complaint, however, was immediately thrown in the trash by Andrew Morgan, and not properly investigated.

  10. Kaylee Situation: show (I showed some chat logs from where you tried to do a formal complaint and how it was taken down immediately the next day without any proper investigation.)

  13. Now, I simply ask, how is this NOT a breach of the anti-fraternization policy? I do not care what rank they hold in the division, or the department, this is CLEARLY against the regulations as proven with this simple quick quote from the Anti-Fraternization Policy thread.

  17. 1. Officers engaged in a personal relationship are expected to take every measure possible to ensure that no conflict of interest arises as a result. This includes having any role in disciplinary regarding an officer, command/supervisor/detective/field training program patrols/assessments, (promotion/upgrade/demotion/downgrade) evaluations or other situations where objective viewpoints are required. This will also apply when the relationship ends.

  19. During the entirety of the situation, both officers on scene did not do anything for any sort of action to be taken such as what Ellie Morgan did, failing to realise TWICE that an LTL shotgun is not "UPR". I am seriously questioning their ability to properly manage situations in and around patrols as a supervisory member. There is simply no rationality in their actions whatsoever, absolutely disgusting.

  21. I'd like to just add that this is the same exact person, Ellie Morgan - Salem, who banned me on FRP a previous server we used to play on, for 6 months after reporting a NEWLY found bug when I found out a way to glitch out of the prison yard that was -just- released onto the server. Regardless of the past... what matters is their actions and how quite clearly their "rationality" hasn't changed ever since then.

  23. There are other countless situations and they are ALWAYS dealt with the incorrect way.
