First you need need to have hotmail email address linked with your facebook profile,
Don't worry If it's gmail or yahoo, you can add hotmail Email from your facebook
account settings.
Now what we need to do here
Follow the steps
1-Go to www.hotmail.com and login into your accounts
2-When you logged into your hotmail .Look Up you must see Messenger , click it3-Click Add friends
4-Now you must see fb icon click on it
5-Click allow, And then do it again and click okey
6-Now it will load a list into the hotmail of your added friends on facebook
Who didn’t used msn account for over 6 months(Their account deleted)

Click in to show that list
Choose your target from them(You must see his hotmail or live or rocketmail etc. email
address ) Copy email address and then go to

Create a new account same to the fb account email name
(Example , if you found email with [email protected]
Signup with [email protected] )
Now you must do registration and login to hotmail with that Email that you have just
made.
Now we're done with hard part.
Now go to facebook and click “Forget your password”

Write the account email and click recover
Now check your email you must have message on it
Put a new password and log in into it

So you must have proxy. It's easy to do that.
