Trolling people who are drawing, erasing the old tree, undoing then lying
about doing it, not trustworthy.

I have been banned for a week from the above date.

My username is: Arteest

The above is the notification given to me when banned. I was banned by a
user with no name and who only talked using the /me command in chat, they
had "warned" me i would be banned if i did not admit that i had apparently
griefed. Not knowing what this meant i asked "what are you talking about?"
they replied with
 "you are playing dumb this is also a reason to ban"and "why were you
griefing that tree?"  still not knowing what they meant i asked again but
this time including "tree" and in full capitals. They then proceeded to say
"k come back in a week" and i was banned. I believe this is unjustly as
they had not showed me what i had apparently griefed and did not give a
full proper reason to ban me. I believe this may be due to some confusion
due to the lack of proof and no direct messages. If they had showed me what
i had apparently griefed i might have been able to show them i had not
griefed "the old tree" (i still have no idea what this may mean). And i
believe this user may also be breaching some rules by using their powers
corruptly and in misuse. As you can see this is unjust even without the
view of the user who banned me. They had no apparent or present evidence
and did not state correctly what i supposedly had been breaching and under
law of court evidence should be presented before a conclusion is made to
the offender.

Using improper terms such as "the old tree" also did not give much idea of
what they had apparently witnessed me "erasing" as i had no idea what they
had been talking about. Even if i had been "Trolling people who are
drawing, erasing the old tree, undoing then lying about doing it, not
trustworthy."
  This matter had been handled in the wrong way and i believe that this may
be a corrupt and admin/mod abuser who had handled this matter either
purposely and unfairly or accidentally and in a state of confusion
admittedly between both of us. Either way accidentally or purposely they
have most likely violated some sort of rule for using these powers. And if
this is not part of your rules please add this to them and if not i shall
write a letter about it. I strongly advice refraining this user from
AnonDraw ban powers or AnonDraw entirely. Of course i have no say in this
so disregard my suggestion if you will.

This user also does not have the power or right to cyberbully as this
person has done before, but that is a different matter. They have called me
"not trustworthy" (should be untrustworthy) which they did not need to
include in the notification that they may have had some say in when writing
up. This is not abusive in much way but rather offensive as they had no
proof of that other than saying i was "lying about it". To add to this
matter they had apparently banned me for erasing/undoing my supposed grief
which i find quite outrageous. Not only have they banned me for apparent
griefing and apparent lying but they banned me for supposedly undoing my
makeshift grief? The person who did grief an "old tree" and undid it should
not be banned should they? would they rather it stayed like that? (i know
the grief gets erased when that user has been banned but i think my point
still stands). My point being that i was unjustly banned by a somewhat
corrupt/abusive mod/admin, offended in my ban notification and that the
user who did grief an "old tree" undid that grief would have been banned is
quite without reason.

I also do not know if there is a system that has already been put in place
to stop abusive mods being on the site (other than the 50 rep reward) but i
would also strongly advice this to your site. I think it also wise to add a
ban requests page instead of just a plain given power to anyone with 50 rep
and to hold an applications page. As i have said before i have no say in
this so disregard my suggestion if you will.

In conclusion referring to the evidence and points i have made in the rest
of this letter, i was banned unjustly by a somewhat corrupt mod, offended,
banned without proper statement of warning and evidence and given unfair
trial (or no trial at all). I ask for an unban and for some form of
consequences to this mod/user.
